Someone remind me how the case against Len could at all be refuted even if the train was speeding, since I don't think that's at all related. What is he getting tried for again?

You got your scent all over someone else's stand?
I don't know shit about hunting and I've never been to New England, so I dunno if this is a thing there or what. Are deer stands allowed to be that close to a road? I would think you wouldn't want to be actively hunting game that close to people? Does anyone know? Earlier he posted a photo that he said was taken from the deer stand, and from the looks of it the shot was of part of a town.
Your defense is so silly it's almost like a Harvery Birdman Attorney at law episode. Heck, you even said the line and look like the character:The fact is I'm going to win! Hands down.

If so, I'm on top of Canon Hill there's a grave yard up there. and my uncle Samuel is buried there. It's a great look out over Boyertown and the area.
repeated trespassing
I only weigh 207 lbs
I thought so. Now, how does the train speeding have anything to counter this charge, @Schuylkill Valley? Even if the train was speeding, it doesn't make trespassing on private property that you were banned from legal. Had you some way of proving this, perhaps you could inform the wing of the local government there that would be in charge of enforcing railway laws, but that's it. It wouldn't get you off for trespassing. The main charge against him is repeated trespassing on the railroad's property.
Where did you get that?
property
How dare you call trains stupid! Have respect, sir!The property I was on, I had permission to be there. I wasn't on Railroad property. All I was doing was taking photography of a stupid train , for God sake. I don't know why their trying so fucking hard to land me into jail.
It is a matter of public record. Page 2 of this document: https://ujsportal.pacourts.us/DocketSheets/MDJReport.ashx?docketNumber=MJ-38111-CR-0000349-2015
