Man, Hat in Time is so good. It scratches that old school "Banjo Kazooie" style collect-a-thon gameplay itch so well. And the soundtrack is better than it has any rights being.

As you can see it's just viewer bait and everyone having fun, but I don't think many would raise an objection if a pair in this video were to announce they're getting married.
Hololive idols on the other hand, Fubuki's pet video which she deliberately titled in a misleading way hinting at her having a boyfriend was being heavily dislike until it actually aired. I wonder how many would an hero themselves or follow the step of @FuckYou if she said she's going to marry someone from holostar.

Copyright strikes on YouTube is a massive fucking mess that’s easily abused, so that’s not entirely on the developers for that one. The Hat in Time thing is odd though.

Akina is known for being completely inexperienced with girls so it's easy for them to tease him. He had to ask his viewers for help inviting Manami to the summer festival. Also, he's a virgin.

I just remembered this game exists and the localization is out in a month. Was there any push at all for it during the JP release from any of the big agencies? I don't recall anyone from hololive talking about it at all which is odd considering there are like 10 of them in it: Sora, Fubuki, Miko, Roboco, Noel, Marine, Aqua, Choco and Korone all made the cut. Not sure how long this game was in development for but I'm guessing they recorded their lines for it before gen 4 existed. Odd that there isn't a single Nijisanji name in it at all yet they have some indies like Tomari Mari and Tamaki in the game.

Hat in Time is dope. And the devs are one of the groups Gaf/Ree tried to destroy for not taking a Jontron cameo out of the game (literally weeks after they ran the same terror campaign on Yooka-Laylee). So I’m glad they were successful and their game is fun and amusing.

speaking of best lion... Civ 6 religion screen has a religion icon that looks like a lion head, so the last game I played, I tried to make Botanism the dominant religion of the world.

They also put a Vinesauce easter egg in the DLC's trailer, then removed it from the game, and also put a trans flag in. The devs have a really weird agenda

As a fan of general localizations and dubbing efforts, I'm genuinely curious and excited at that prospect if they're actually going to do it. If it's bad then it will be an entertaining challenge to sit through, if it's good we'll be seeing them in a different perspective.
