BrownBeeTV or one of the other channels should just monetize with comments off or set up a Patreon, then sue him for loss of revenue and piracy. Canan can probably already do it. Easy way to silence him forever, considering he spends all his time chasing internet clout, virtually any amount of legal attention will put him underwater instantly.
We have to thank the chicken for starting the whole re-debut meme. So far all (both) of these have been hilarious, it's hard to see how she can top Sui-chan's but since it's Haachama I'm sure there's a way. Perhaps the next one will be Kurokami Fubuki or whatever Nenechi has evolved into. Looking forward to it!

Here me out. This is a long shot, but it would be awesome. She full on debuts two models at the same time, the Akai Haato and the Haachama ones, drafting her sister as the motion capture model for the second. She voices both creating a collab between the two personalities. It would be difficult, but she has shown recent ability to quickly switch between voices, and mock converse. Hardest part would be lip-syncing with her sister and that is easy to overcome.

There's a much easier way, which would be if they can control the mouth independently of the rest of the model. In order words, the model is controlled by someone else while she can control the lips. Then she can switch back to her own model's mouth when needed.
Of course, we don't know the feasibility of this plan at all. It's certainly a long shot like you said. Her family obviously knows about her activities, but whether they would get involved is a different matter. A possible extension would be if their voices are similar enough to be mistaken, though I doubt she would do that without experimenting first (any suspicious activity in her experimental streams?).
The biggest point against it, though, is that debut streams are almost never collabs. If she wants to follow the style of one, it would have to follow the sequence of introduction-details-aspirations-hype, all of it done solo. Straying from that tends not to work.
Lorewise it would imply that Haato and Haachama can exist simultaneously, which would be a bit different from what we've seen previously. She did say she plans to get to 1M subscribers in a matter of days, which would be over 10k a day, or higher than any rate in the last month (average is about 2k). It's a long shot, but more than anyone else, she is famous for long shots. Certainly the stream will be something, the question is what.
I don't think he is, though. Cover is already a Japanese company which means ridiculously strict copyright laws, unfortunately they don't work on the defendant. What would be easier would be if the videos were monetized or paywalled when he uploaded them, which probably takes it out of fair use and into piracy, especially since he did jack shit in terms of editing. It's impossible to argue that what he did was transformative or parody.

Trying to monetize? I'm sure this will go well. I'm sure making money off people's personal info is going to be protected by the law, and I'm sure this will count under fair use as a comment or parody rather than a wholesale copy. Definitely not going to get him in trouble considering he's already been copystriked several times, right?
On another note that means he's basically broke, because posting shit all over social media doesn't take money, only time. And he obviously needs money. I wonder if he has cash for postage to reply to a C&D?

Wait..so game permissions are per streamer and not blanket for Hololive? I guess it must be if Botan can play HiT and Gura can't. Kinda strange they didn't want someone with numbers like her putting the game in front of more people.
They may be by region as well, and it is also bound to vary from publisher to publisher what type of deal they get, so I wouldn't expect any consistency.

Possibly, but I'm wondering if certain IPs are region blocked. Wasn't there a big name game that got streamers banned for playing it early? 1.2.3. Google. Google. Hyrule Warriors. Bunch of Australians got banned on Twitch even though the game was released for them earlier. Obviously streaming comes with landmines by region, and while the Hyrule Warriors thing is for an entirely unrelated reason, it is entirely possible this is the case where Japan is actually more lax than the U.S.
