So wait I thought Phil said its virtually impossible to be chargebacked if you verify your PayPal account? It's not like Phil to misspeak over something, right? (HA!)

So my question is, since I'm pretty ignorant about what goes on through streaming and stream labs, but if you verify your name and address (as he says) does he see that info so he can make a log of it? Or does it only help him if PayPal wants to go after that person, and they only see the information?

Well yeah he basically has no exit strategy when it comes to his "business", every time he's brought it up because someone in stream chat has asked him or just on a whim when talking about Twitch, he's always said something along the lines of "I don't know guys, I make plenty of money on twitch compared to any other job I've ever had, so for now I'm just going to continue streaming for the foreseeable future" now In his mind he probably knows that he can't be completely dependent upon streaming for income in the long term, but because he's easily able to rake the couple of whales here and there and rake in pity bucks from time to time, I can easily see him doing the same shtick till some major issue pops up that essentially prevents him from streaming in the exact same way he has been these past few years (If twitch ends up giving streamers less of a cut, his twitch account gets suspended for something, some health that gets in the way of his hermit lifestyle etc).

That is such a normal, and frankly enjoyable, thing to do. Literally bringing some food to a park or beach and enjoying a meal and some nature. DSP can make the most basic of things toxic, that was incredible. Thank you for the clip.

Most charge back windows close after a stretch of 90-120 days at the max. So the charge back arc only has until May at the latest in the current tip inquisition set up to be relevant as January was where the verified account requests began after the pop up messages were disabled. Anything significant in tip totals claimed to be contested after May and you know Phil's totally now in on it with his co-conspirator at that point.

That won't be a problem at all though because Phil will totally be on a budget and saving for his bills by then, obviously...
