Oh my god I'm not over this, he called extra objectives for 100% completion a "bug". That's what people say when they're fucking imitating this guy! That's straight out of Retsupurae's parody video of him!

Nah, he would still piss and moan on his streams and let's plays. I don't even mind him filming himself eating hamburgers or trying soap, i just find it stupid or hilarious. He even has that shit (or most of it) on a separate channel so if you just wanna see game play just don't sub to the vlog shit. If he wasn't such a shitty person nobody would give a fuck about him getting a few bucks from his house tour and "nobody" would "stalk" him.

I think he should try Bureaucracy. I know it's a text game, so not exactly a good choice for streaming, but the game goes out of its way to irritate the player and make things as difficult as possible for them. Not only would DSP have an in-game aneurysm in about five minutes, he'd probably have a real one.

What kind of job did he have with the helicopter company before he quit to make shitty videos fulltime? Was he just an ordinary office drone?
 
Maybe its time to move off YT. It became trash anyway (Full of ghost-banning and censoring techniques of all kind)
Maybe upload somewhere where claiming rights of videos unheard of, like RuTube. (I wouldn't suggest Dailymotion, vids would be taken down asap if claimed)
I know you guys have channels and everything plus YT is so popular, which is why you'll get more views there. But if you think about it, you can just post your TIHYDP vids wherever you want.

No one outside of YouTube knows Phil anyway. It would be pointless.
Also it seems Machinima is just targeting recent TIHYDPs for a quick cash grab.

To me, the best solution would be simply to wait a few months before uploading a TIHYDP. Give fattie a few months and he will forget the playthrough and not pursue anymore copyright bullshit.

Or, someone with balls sue Machinima.

i trollingly answered "he works in a helicopter shop. he got the job after he hurt his back on his tour during the gulf war"
he after a while said he worked in a helicopter parts shop.

he probably never worked in a helicopter parts shop.
never mentioned anything about helicopters in any of his vlogs/videos/forum posts.

best thing to go about him is bury him. dont give him any publicity what so ever.
at this point, he is like someone drowing and every kind of video made about him, every tweet, every ridicule is another stick thrown at him.
he ll use them all to stay afloat.
if all the "publicity" around him stops today, he ll be youtubedead in 6 months.
he ll be another hasbeen.
all this publicity around him is sustaining him much more than hurting him.

feel the need to make a video about him?
do it and send it to his employers when he gets a job.
thats the only way to hurt him.
negativity feeds him.
