I was under the impression the NPD thing was the other way around. Most genuine narcs REFUSE to believe they're narcs and would likely laugh off the diagnosis, nevertheless suggest that they could be one. Anisa fearing that she's a narc alone more than likely points to the negative.

I stand with the BPD arm-chairing, though. NPD and BPD share a lot of traits, but her reckless behavior, ever-changing sense of self, self-sabotaging and unstable relationships kinda confirm it to me.
