He's "disabled" enough to get in a bathtub twice per day but can't get his arse out of it twice per day...can't use a bath chair to sit on because he's disabled yet can climb into the bathtub and sit in said bathtub ok... yep, yaniv logic going full blast.

Sitz bath would be beneficial because the salt water would help the wound heal, it's like soaking in very mild saline. What wouldn't be good is using and smelly girly bath products like the bubble bath visible in Yaniv's picture.

The elephantine Yaniv has obviously entered a state of musth. Now, the only thing in this world capable of quenching the sexual inferno that rages within his flaccid loins is the tender, feminine touch of a lady fireman.

If he still remains in possession of what, for argument's sake, we will refer to as male genitals, then faking the aftercare of gender realignment surgery, in a desperate bid to have his junk manhandled, represents a whole new chapter of madness. Until I receive either photographic proof, or testimony from a credible eyewitness, that Yaniv is both figuratively and literally dickless, I am assuming that trans vagina used in this context means -

1. Yaniv jammed his misshapen penis in-between his leg folds, so as to appear more ladylike.

2. The Canadian butcher surgeons were unwilling to invert Yaniv's penis and instead they provided him with a cheap replica vagina that can be worn like a bracelet charm around the waist. I imagine this resembling one of those fake, clear-plastic mobiles phones, that are filled with chalky, pastel-toned sweets made from the powdered bones of Chinese dissidents or South American cartel murder victims. Yaniv's plastic vagina probably has Pez-dispensing capabilities that can be used to simulate periods.
