Alright so I just spent some time looking into Chaze and I believe I may have found out some information on him and his potential current whereabouts.
Chaze's real name is Steve Novak
This can be confirmed via his old Myspace profile where the URL is Chazethechat

But I think what really gives credence to this name is the fact that on his main Soundcloud account he refers to himself as "Steven"

It's interesting that the URL there is karas_flowers, there is a Twitter associated with that name that I'm positive
isn't him with the bio "I'll tell you in another life when we are both cats." Strange coincidence.
Anyway,
With that info and the knowledge that he is in programming, it just becomes a question of who in that field shares that name. And this is kind of tricky.
There are several people going by Steve Novak, but given that most of them appear to be 50+ we seem to only have two options when it comes to who Chaze is.

This guy barely has any info online. With only one job under his belt, he appears to be fresh from college. The only strong connection between him and Chaze is the similar use of the term "Software developer" to describe their profession. Note that he lives in Pittsburgh.

The Oregon Steve. Now, this one I think is our guy, but there is still counter-evidence. The first thing to note is that he lists himself as a recovering Vermonter who lives in Oregon. However, Chaze's Bandcamp states he is from South Dakota.

Besides the similar title of software developer, the most compelling thing in favor of this being him is an Instagram account under the same name with several images.

I can't get very far here without an Instagram of my own, but from what I can see it looks like this Steve has a wife and kids. I'm not going to post any of those images here out of respect for the family's privacy and I'd ask that you all do the same since Chaze isn't a cow and it's possible this isn't him
What I will post are some images of him which is what solidifies him as being Chaze to me. Initially, I looked at the Twitter icon and almost brushed this guy off, but here are more images on Instagram.

If anyone knows the video this is from help me out and I'll snag a better image of him. It isn't the initial channel ending video.
If they are the same it looks like he may have lost some weight, but I think especially in the Dog image they look similar enough. I've always been particularly bad with faces though so what do you guys think?
If this is our guy it looks like he grew up, matured, started a family, and really doesn't have time for funny internet mash-ups. It also looks like he may have taken his wife's name as there is a blood doner certificate with a different last name on it.
Anyway, I'm not going to pry anymore, this guy isn't a drama magnet and it's clear he's moved on with his life.
