If there is one thing we learn about color theory and character design is you should never give a character a very extensive and diverse palette of colors because it takes away focus from absolutely everything. Specially very bright colors.

It’s one of the romantic routes you can do in Persona 5 and Royal (the rerelease) but as far as I know, it’s not really canon.

This seems to be fanart of the 1997 film adaptation of Cinderella, which had the singer Brandy cast as the lead. The whole movie was cast colorblind, so anyone of any race could get any role. (This ended up being pretty amusing because due to this, the Filipino Prince Charming ends up having a white dad and a black mom) It's actually pretty good, I'd recommend giving it a watch!
