Sony Music was the one who invested in them in 2020 and it was a capital investment of over 1 billion yen. Their 3D was already very good before that, so I don't think there's much relation.

If by weeb you mean anime fan, no. She basically stopped watching anime since last year and games/idols were her biggest drawn to japan. Of course she has her favorite animes but they are behind other hobbies.

Like i said before i wondered why they did that move instead of creating their own like they did back in the day, a Sony music Vsinger will be carried hard by brand name alone

So it was Sony Music Entertainment Japan? Yeah, called it. They're going to eye on the industry now. Sony Music (Japan) is the subsidiary that deals and sponsored anime stuffs, so their involvement with Ichikara will mean big

Kiara has been a Japanophile for ages. She used to spend all her time doing dance videos, learning jap idol songs, watching anime, playing games, doing cosplay, and streaming on NND even when she knew 0 Japanese. She Google Translated chat and would translate a response back in Japanese until she actually knew the language.

I was more-so talking about what led her to being a weeb in the first place. Surely most of that anime watching has been replaced by Holo streams nowadays.

I've been trying to get a song, any song, into Ame's bubb4bot queue for weeks and still haven't succeeded. All I can end up doing is just look up the request list on streamelements so I can silently judge fellow teamates' taste. I noticed she cleans up the queue more than I was expecting.

Everything else just strikes me as her flexing her taste or accidental collateral. At best she's also judging track names to prevent potential yabs. I also noticed from previous weeks she basically banned all remixes from Holo Bass cuz everyone kept spamming her with Pop on Rocks. Somebody got in the Risu Speedcore remix last week and she even took that out even though it didn't have her own voice in it. Shame cuz I actually wanted to see her react to that one.

I've managed to get two songs in. One was sniped, and it was surprisingly Polka's full version of Hologram Circus. The one that made it through is below. She and chat responded favorably. I was happy.


Judge me.

Also, looks like Coco is getting a Live2D update later today/tomorrow.
