Does the channel really generate enough cringe to justify its own thread? Most of the stuff that's mentioned happened years ago, aside from pachi87's exile and the OP himself getting into a fight with one of the Discord mods (who isn't part of the team anymore) and getting banned.

There are a lot of errors in the info post at the start of the thread. For example, the YouTube terminations in 2016 and 2019 had nothing to do with the edgy content, both of the videos used as examples were made after the first termination, and those two videos weren't directly related to the start of the channel's "politically correct approach". The "independent shitposter" role (I think the OP might be confusing it for something else?) was kind of a joke and wasn't supposed to be censorship, and basically all of the users who were given the role willingly asked for it to be given. I don't know why the 2016 election is mentioned, since the server was only two months old at that time.

Around maybe like some point last year or the year before I noticed handling of SiIva started getting weirdly corporate-feeling for lack of a better way of putting it. They still upload quality rips but there's a noticable dip in like open-ness about everything and there were a few weirdly over-hyped feeling event things that didn't just spontaneously fucking happen after a gradual buildup such as the old inspector gadget takeover. Kinda holding back a bit from going too deep into everything I think of the situation as there's a risk of like mild power-levelling but it really hurts seeing the state of things run down this path.

Well said, and it also means that it's gotten a bit boring on the drama side. It's pretty rare for something big to leak (there's been basically nothing since 2019), and the channel itself plays everything safe. Maybe there'll be more Discord server drama, but they don't seem to tolerate people like the OP so it's basically a hivemind now (and a boring one at that), and the server doesn't have much to do with the channel these days anyway - pretty much all the regulars grew up and stopped watching the channel years ago.

Not really. Most of them have nothing to do with the channel. And the first text file in the doesn't even mention anyone who's been part of the team, so is it really relevant? I'm not about to deprive you all of your entertainment, but it doesn't seem to me that there'd be much to be had.

Yeah, the harlequin baby one was instantly deleted by the team and was never flagged by youtube, plus as you said the puzzle room rip wasn't on the original channel. The OG channel was deleted for copyright strikes initially, right? It's been a while, do forgive me if I'm mistaken.
