Nah.... they're all probably fans and paypiggies.
"FUCK YALL A-LOGS, I JUST GOT 10 MORE FANS OF THE KILLSTREAM!"

If he has to do mandatory AA meetings is funny because it doesn't work and hasn't worked in the past. He said he went to a few after one of his Pillstream incidents IIRC but after "10 days sober" or such he was right back on the sauce. Dealing with this level of addiction requires actual medical attention and I don't know whether Ralph could afford a detox stay since I strongly doubt he also has health insurance.

No, they'd just literally be other criminals sentenced to AA as well as other people who voluntarily attend that particular group. Sometimes there is crossover with NA (Narcotics Anonymous). None of this population would have any fondness for some "Internet celebrity" trying to flex. They'd mock the fuck out of him.

Dunno about VA (input welcome) but in my neck of the woods, it's easy to get full-on state health care when you (actually or simply claim you) don't have any income. Plenty of barbers, strippers, or anyone able to keep their money off paper take advantage of this.

Gunt already, hilariously, stated his income was $70k/yr on previous court documents, when he know he's lucky to clear a seventh of that anymore. If his brain is so addled from the alcohol, pills, inbreeding, and syphilis that he would even try this, it's equally plausible he could claim poverty to get health care, if he isn't doing this already...even with all the electronically verifiable paypig income.

But yeah I've known folks getting DUIs and whatnot and getting their mandatory rehab costs handled without cost to them, having "no" income and being on state insurance.

That's entirely possible and worth considering. A mandatory in-stay for a detox will be at least 3-7 days depending on his condition. Gator will obviously have to cover him. He won't be the same should he choose to leave. They're going to want him to stay the full 30 days which in most circumstances is after he's clean and sober, they're going to want to do a lot of AA meetings on him.

All of his BS on paper could cause problems for him, sure.

But leeching off the government is cucked and blue pilled, and Ralph is a small business owning, lolicon harem owning chad ralphamale whose based and redpilled. He would NEVER suckle from the welfare teet like some inner city black, he's a chad white man, right?

Yes, definitely. At least unless someone into the intricacies of Virginia courts and why things get sent to this particular court opines on the issue.
I asked the lawyer from Thursday about the possibility of a diversionary program. He says it's a possibility that this could happen but it would usually only work for people under the age of 21. After that the court tends to take a dim view on people claiming addiction for years, especially in the wake of other crimes associated with drinking and drugs. Ralph was on supervised probation. There's a good chance he was required to attend AA meetings for at least the first year. If he went back to drinking after that point and he's here because of it then the judge will weigh his lack of control against the viability of subsequent meetings aiding him in overcoming the addiction. Inpatient treatment is a possibility but, he says, unlikely. He also thinks the judge is not going to fully buy the claim of diminished capacity being the reason for the decision to release the video, especially when he's had multiple instances to come out and admit what he did and especially this most recent engagement with Faith where he doesn't even give her a definitive "no" to the question. The likelihood Ralph had a psychiatrist do the usual bullshit for his lawyer to say, "Your honor my client is sick and needs help" is very high, too (he says that's what he would have done).

His opinion of Samantha Upton, by the way, is that she's a decent attorney and can be relatively convincing but even when it comes to trying to get clients diverted she's not that good. "There's a reason she's a flat fee attorney in Virginia" is what he said, but he wouldn't say much more.

Two other things: us paying attention to the case as we have may have facilitated the jurisdictional movement. He says that us being so close to reporting on the case and Ralph claiming harassment may have caused the court to change it in order to "preserve the integrity of the proceedings" or some shit. He also says that it's possible it was moved because the domestic abuse charges came down but he doesn't see anything relating to them, but that actually makes the most sense to him as to why it was moved to the J&DR court since he doesn't understand why revenge porn alone would necessitate it, since that isn't strictly speaking a DR issue.

"So Ethan, do you have any stories to share?"
"Josh Moon has a broken dick, have you heard of gamergate?"
"Have you ever seen the Boulderversary where I owned Matt Jarbo?"
"I'm kind of a big deal, I'm friends with Mister Metokur."
"I also was featured in the Washington Street Journal".

Okay I'll stop because we already have a "Ethan Catch Phrases" thread.

My first initial thought was the Vickers want to persue the choking thing. What is your lawyer friend's take given there is no evidence and she didn't call the police?

I'll provide some context as a person in Virginia who knows these things.

J&DR court is basically where they send any cases where family shit is involved at all, and since Ralph was like dating or married to her or whatever, its a prime case.

J&DR is kind of nightmarish because the judges are actually more unpredictable, this is not a good thing for Ralph imo. I think this is actually very bad. You all see the 'Juvenile' and think he's getting the easy shit, but the words 'domestic relations' should clue you into that its not that simple

Judges in these courts have seen a lot of abusive, alcoholic, druggies like Ralphie boy, I doubt they're going to be too kind.
Are you assistant to the attorney general of Virginia Cheryl Nomanowski?

He's not my friend and I never really talked to him in depth about it. This was more to gain some insight into how things are run in Virginia. I just made mention the allegation was there but to my knowledge there was no official report or charges, and he said it's a possibility that has changed.

So that was what Ralph meant when he said that he is lucky that his enemies are so stupid? That said, did Ralph delete that tweet?

It's possible that's what it meant, but I think it's more likely that he believes we all think he's going to jail and by having the case transferred to the J&DR court the diversionary program is all but guaranteed. Not long after we started laughing at it and he actually got out of court he did delete the tweet, and it may be because his lawyer told him it is not a guarantee and that there's a chance they may get a judge who wants to kick him in his microdick if they can't persuade them that what he did was not malicious in nature and was done because he was drunk/high out of his mind.
