House arrest at best due to covid and being morbidly obese.
I know a few fuckups going through legal trouble and their bondsmen/lawyers have been telling them that covid means that judges are avoiding throwing people in jail unless the person is a threat to the public. This might be particular to my state but either way I'll be surprised if Ethan gets actual time.

EDIT: Lacking the wording of the paperwork and order, I'm not sure if this is a "shall" situation meaning the judge will have to do it, or a "may" situation where he has discretion.
If this is the only relevant law, it looks like a "may" situation:

A. In any case in which the court has suspended the execution or imposition of sentence, the court may revoke the suspension of sentence for any cause the court deems sufficient that occurred at any time within the probation period, or within the period of suspension fixed by the court. If neither a probation period nor a period of suspension was fixed by the court, then the court may revoke the suspension for any cause the court deems sufficient that occurred within the maximum period for which the defendant might originally have been sentenced to be imprisoned.

I don't know whether there's anything in the sentencing paperwork or some other law that would make it mandatory.

So it's a "may" situation. In any case, Ralph has to be sweating it. I don't know why we didn't catch on to this portion sooner.

Actually, paragraph C kind of questions it:

C. If the court, after hearing, finds good cause to believe that the defendant has violated the terms of suspension, then: (i) if the court originally suspended the imposition of sentence, the court shall revoke the suspension, and the court may pronounce whatever sentence might have been originally imposed or (ii) if the court originally suspended the execution of the sentence, the court shall revoke the suspension and the original sentence shall be in full force and effect. The court may again suspend all or any part of this sentence and may place the defendant upon terms and conditions or probation.

Sadly no, there is a far worse truth then that. You don't have to have sexual intercourse to get syphilis. Just being in close contact with an infected person's genitals, mouth, or rectum is enough to expose you to the infection. Syphilis bacteria usually enter the body through the tissues that line the throat, nose, rectum, and vagina.

One of the first signs of this awful story is a painless open sore called a chancre (pronounced 'ʃæŋkɚ or shank-er). Because syphilis is usually spread when people have sexual contact, chancres are often found in the mouth, the anus, or the genital area. They may also be found wherever the bacteria entered the body. While at Burning man, a Californian degenerate could have displayed a willingness for his anus, or his mouth to be used by random passers-by, even complete strangers who appeared disease free.

You see, while a skin rash and other symptoms may show up 2 to 12 weeks after a person is infected. And at this stage, it is very easy to spread the infection through contact with the mouth, the anus, the genitals, or any area where there is a skin rash. After the rash clears, a person may have a period with no symptoms. This is often called the "hidden stage." Even though symptoms go away, the bacteria that cause syphilis are still in the body and begin to damage the internal organs. This stage may be as short as 1 year or last from 5 to 20 years. Often, a woman with latent-stage syphilis doesn't find out that she has the infection until she gives birth to a child with syphilis.

Dax, convinced complete strangers were disease free, may have in his never-ending quest to "suck a dick if it was big enough" acquired the disease. Deep in the fuck trailer mansion of his home, Ethan could have been given the gift. A gift, given a gift. To be given the gift is to be given HIV.

My point is only to question, is it more likely Ethan got Syphilis bacteria from his dick in a chick or is it more likely Ethan Ralph ate a man's ass who is known for searching out anonymous gay sex at Burning Man?
Thankfully for the Gunt syphilis is also treatable same with herpes what would be really painful would be chlamydia in his eyes ala Sagittarius Shawy.

That sounds like the original suspension gets revoked (so, say he had 6 mo remaining, he's now on the hook for 6 mo) and then the judge CAN suspend what ever the new sentence is (e.g. orig 6 mo + 1 yr of new sentence, run concurrent = 1 year sentence)... if suspended leaves him on 1 year of suspension with or without parole reporting conditions. Also, some states stick you on an anklet and there is no reason w/current delivery services that the gunt can't be put on house arrest to keep the public safe from his predations.

Edit to add: An interesting thought... IF gunt gets put on house arrest at a rented address, that makes his keeping the rent/utilities paid critical because IF he can't keep the rental (like say the landlord finds the house in a shit state worthy of condemnation), Ralph's "backup address" is the state pen.

Ralph was only in jail, I'm pretty sure. Prison would fuck his shit up like no tomorrow. I mean I'm only basing this off of what I've watched on lockup raw but if Ralph went to real big boy prison he'd have a really bad time.
From what I gather from dealing with scumbags/criminals that I work with - (almost everyone I work with is a felon with no high school diploma) prison is better than jail because you can have certain possessions, better clothing, and more personal space. To even say you prefer prison over jail is hilarious in itself and I despise them all.

Isn't Prison/Penitentiary long term storage for fuckups (e.g. over a year) and you can get shuffled around geographically based on your sex and how much the state has to pay (as an example, Alaska prisoners have actually been stored in the lower 48 states, like in Arizona prisons, because it's cheaper for the state).

On the other hand, Jail is the local short term lockup for fuckups drying out or petty thieves or even just waiting for court. Since it's a local and short term situation, the guests are more likely to be interested in not extending their stay and know that if they fuck with their fellow guests, they're going to have to face them in the neighborhoods when they check out.

Subsection C basically says the court “shall” revoke probation upon finding a violation, and “may” again impose another term of probation. And that is most likely what will happen.

With Baked getting banned from using social media and the works does anyone think there is a chance this happens to Ralph as well? That along with an order to stay sober since he's proven time and time again he cannot handle his liquor and does some insanely retarded shit on it. But then again he already had a chance with that and he couldn't quit drinking resulting in him blowing over (He told a story that when he was required to do the breathalyzer numerous times a day that he could drink two shots at 11pm after his last blow and be sober for the morning one) and going to jail / prison.

I'll provide some context as a person in Virginia who knows these things.

J&DR court is basically where they send any cases where family shit is involved at all, and since Ralph was like dating or married to her or whatever, its a prime case.

J&DR is kind of nightmarish because the judges are actually more unpredictable, this is not a good thing for Ralph imo. I think this is actually very bad. You all see the 'Juvenile' and think he's getting the easy shit, but the words 'domestic relations' should clue you into that its not that simple

Judges in these courts have seen a lot of abusive, alcoholic, druggies like Ralphie boy, I doubt they're going to be too kind.

youre looking at being ronnie'd in the cornhole again ralph.

is it possible ralph's cancellation is actually to give him time to plan fleeing the country? he could probably hide that from his sheeple by banning and blocking and creating block lists and deleting tweets or telegram posts about him being on the lamb and he wouldnt have to go to jail and maybe could find someone to monetize his streams without the feds seizing it or tracing it. gunt on the run arc? dare i hope?

The worst-case scenario for Ethan Ralph is that he actually gets put on a sex offender list for grooming a 17-year-old. This would be well-deserved. Because he's just going to try and groom more jailbait/barely legal teenagers when this is all over.

He did LITERALLY say in one of his tweets that he thinks "fucking fans" is the main perk of his "job" and he obviously is going to go for another child like the pedo he is. I seriously hope the judge hammers his asshole for being a groomer.

Yes, but they actually have to have a hearing before that happens, and they "may" have that hearing. So if they never have a hearing in the first place, they'll never find a violation. The good thing is if the trial court (with the suspended sentence) actually does have a hearing, it's absolutely certain they will find a violation, and at that point, they have to do something, even if it's just extending probation.

Let's say I'm semi-pessimistic about whether they bother to violate him, but semi-optimistic that if they do, it won't be to fuck around but to revoke his probation and send him to prison.

Ralph tweeted that his probation would be complete in mid-February. He was so close, and a misdemeanor + COVID without the added complication of probation doesn’t have the same kick to it - no way he’d get more than a slap on the wrist, had he completed his probation before grooming.

imagine being so piggy you cant not rape kids for a few months,

Even if he magically escapes jail or prison I doubt he will ever see his kid with would be good for both gunt and guntress and he will enjoy his declining viewer base. I don't think a jury would be okay with a fat 35-year-old felon releasing a tape of thumbing a possible drugged up 18 year old and choked her out while pregnant
Definitely not, I doubt he will even try to get full custody or even ask for visit rights.
