I live in the States, and courtroom weddings are usually done by two groups: dirt poor people who literally can't afford a ceremony, and atheist-agnostic progressive types who dislike traditions. I've known both groups in my time. I've seen poor, trashy redneck couples upload Facebook photos of themselves getting married in courts where they look absolutely miserable, and I've seen non-traditional feminist couples getting married in courts because it goes against the narrative of a stereotypical white wedding dress in a church with pipe organs and whatnot.

in Florida there's two components, the ceremony (which has no legal value) and filing the paperwork (which is done at clerk of courts offices and actually matters)
last I saw most clerk of courts were open (depending on the county)
edit- thinking more I think you can just scrounge up a notary, do the paperwork and sign with them notarizing, then mail it in to the state, too
and I think you can download the forms, too

The reason they'll allow festivals but not weddings is because they know that they can make people going to festivals get the vaccine and download the tracing software on to their phones. Weddings are far harder to supervise and control.

14 weeks is when the doc typically okay's you to tell people that you're expecting if you fall into a high risk category. You can technically miscarry at 36 weeks or even lose your child during the early period of contractions (rare as that is but it's why they strap a TOCO onto you when you first admit yourself to the hospital).
This right here makes me wonder if the vaccine causes issues with the placenta as that's how the fetus receives oxygen. Then again, if you want to strap on your tin foil hat, Bill Gates has stated that the earth needs to depopulate and what better way to do that then to make sure a new generation isn't born.

but seriously, it's either wait or get creative, not much options either way. and depends how much value you put on the date or the ceremony, some folks probably do the legal part now (for a certain funny date like 2/1/21 etc.) and the big thing properly once it has blown over. won't the be same, but could be special in it's own right.

tbh I'm not really convinced of this argument. Basic bitch virtue signalers love positive attention, but many are very thin-skinned and will disappear any time the attention turns negative. Her highly-publicized fainting episode probably brought her a lot more attention than she's ever been used to, and a lot of it is likely very weird. Basically every vaccine skeptic turned their eyes on her right then, and there is a subset of those people who do things like show up at the houses of Sandy Hook Victims to harass their parents and accuse them of being crisis actors or whatever. If she were posting normally she would probably have comments ranging from friendly to bizarre to downright creepy and threatening under every single picture of a latte. It seems plausible to me that she might genuinely be hiding from that kind of attention.
Or she died or is paralyzed or something. I dunno. But I'd want more evidence than a fainting spell and a DFE to really heavily suspect it.

It seems like there may be some kind of hormone interrupter as there are also myriad anecdotal reports on the subreddit for people who have received the vaccine of women who got it and then immediately got their menstrual period early, and more heavily than usual. The speed with which it works and the fact that it doesn't also induce massive diarrhea etc suggests it's not an effect on smooth muscles in general, or a toxic effect in general that's doing it, but a hormonal disruption akin to a labor induction via oxytocin, or an induced abortion with misoprostol.

Like I said, there are a few different possibilities, here.
In the first case, lockdowns may be justified initially to try and contain the spread and prevent it from becoming endemic, but after it’s already endemic and impossible to contain, it is downright criminal to continue such policies until economies are wrecked and people’s livelihoods are ruined.
- COVID-19 is as bad as the media and the scientific establishment say.
- COVID-19 is a disease of moderate severity that has been blown out of proportion due to selection bias
- COVID-19 is not particularly dangerous at all and the media and scientific establishment, rather than merely being ignorant, are actively lying about it.
In the second case, you are looking at widespread negligence and flawed statistics being used to dictate policy.
In the third case, you are dealing with criminal malfeasance on an unimaginable scale.
A bit of a retrospective. I first started digging into COVID-19 around late January, 2020. I heard there was some sort of pneumonia spreading fast in Wuhan, so I did the rational thing and went to /pol/ to see what sort of intel was coming out of China. I ended up drawn into the /cvg/ threads, poring over hours and hours of video footage. What I saw was horrifying. Hospitals full of people. People collapsing in the streets. People having seizures on the ground, flailing their arms and legs violently. Temporary hospitals being built due to ICUs being packed with incredibly sick people. Guys in hazmat suits walking around with mosquito foggers loaded with disinfectant, fogging sidewalks for some inexplicable reason. Giant tank trucks spraying streets with disinfectant.

It was around February 11th that I really started to panic. Reports were coming out of NTD news that China was cremating thousands upon thousands of people. Video footage started appearing of people screaming throughout the night in Wuhan.

Then, Donald Trump retweeted him. A media watchdog flipped the fuck out and demanded to know why Trump was citing random people on Twitter and Reddit for information on COVID-19.
When they found out about this, all of my libtard friends simultaneously shit themselves and immediately disowned me, claiming that I was “murdering people” by promoting the Trumpism of Hydroxychloroquine.

My 83 year old grandmother got her first Moderna shot a few days ago, and our family doctor said I could get it if I wanted to because the tiers make no sense, and since I work in retail I'm just as much at risk as the myriad "essential" workers that can get vaxxed before me (the "entertainment industry" i.e. Hollywood is considered essential). I'm iffy.
A bunch of restaurants were about to sue him, and like the next fucking day all of a sudden the stay at home order was lifted because "hospital capacity is projected to increase in the next few weeks". Uhhh, that literally was not told to any of us--they distinctly said that they'll be lifted when hospital capacity gets back to above 15%. Nowhere was there any talk of projections. But I guess that was the data that they decided Californians were too dumb to understand.
They will find the same thing they did during SARS 1.0: nothing. When the WHO went to Beijing to find out whether the rumors of a huge outbreak were true (as opposed to like, a couple dozen cases and a handful of deaths), one hospital transferred about 40 SARS patients to a hotel the day the WHO visited and took them back to the hospital that night. Another took their 30 SARS patients, all nurses and doctors that had been infected, out the back door minutes before the WHO team arrived and drove them around the city in circles in ambulances until they left. This time, they're not in the middle of an outbreak, and they've had a whole year to prepare. Not to mention there are multiple people on the team from the WHO that have worked with China for years. If any new revelations come out of this visit, chances are, they've been sheep-dipped or outright fabricated.
