You Know What Grinds My Gears? - Things that personally piss you off

Thing that pisses me off: "Are you busy tomorrow?" I'm always busy. What_do_you_want.

People think it's polite to beat about the bush, when it's actually the rudest thing you can do.
I had to learn to be direct. I can see how being indirect can piss people off. Get to the point. Please.

"Hey, you seem lonely. Wanna sit at our table? *annoying fucking giggle"
"Does anyone want to be Octane's partner?''
"Aww, look how scared he looks!"

I was basically tormented throughout the entirety of my high school life because I did sperg shit a lot. The thing that really hurts is that they didn't even make fun of me, which essentially means I've been granted sperg-protection status (even though the worst I have is ADHD)...

Glad I'm graduating soon. Sorry for the blogpost.

Are they still wet after running complete cycles, or is your machine terminating the cycles early while the clothes are still wet?

Because it sounds like you might need to replace/clean the moisture sensors.
Complete cycles. They did finally get dry, but I was still annoyed.
Accidentally putting your favorite T shirt through the dryer and ruining the print.
Yep, been there. with the shirt that mr. yasscat custom made for me for christmas. I was not happy.

I just wasted 3 hours of my life, watching shitty refereeing, the Chiefs sucking boiled butthole through a garden hose, and the worst excesses of bugman woke capitalism, all so I could avoid exasperated reactions from people tomorrow if I were to answer to "did you watch the game last night?" in the negative.

I used to know an elderly lady through my workplace and she would ask for help a lot with stuff. I wouldn't have minded that at all, but she'd always bring me things immediately before asking (cookies, random mugs or other junk from the dollar store, etc.) and it felt like a manipulation/blackmail tactic. She never just brought something because she felt like it, it was only ever when she wanted my help. What if I couldn't help her sometimes? Then I'd feel guilty because after all, she'd just given me a "gift" in exchange. I really wish she'd have just asked straight out instead (I told her to many times, and to please stop buying things for me), I liked her at first but after awhile I came to dread and resent her presence entirely.

You can just not watch the game, then tell them to get over it.

you can add dust to that list considering it's possible dust keeps fucking up my game consoles. and without canned air or swifter dusters it's hard to get rid of it just gets everywhere when you wipe it with a rag or something and it always comes back always. unless you live in a hermetically sealed room ala Howard Hughes you're stuck with dust untill you are dust.

When I can't sleep at night and have to be up early in the morning, guess why I'm posting here at 3:25am?
The most frustrating thing about my job is when my boss thinks she's "giving me a break" by making me wake up at 5 instead of midnight.

So either I sleep in and can't go to sleep the next day, or I wake up early and sit quietly in the dark for hours.for no reason.

This gear grinder was when i used to work retail, management changing your schedule during holidays last minute. I.e. when you've already left and gonna enjoy your next day off, they write you down for not showing up for a day you personally saw scheduled off.
Retail is hell. Glad I got out of it. Only took 6 years of my life though
