This may sound irrelevant, but would this happen to be a youtuber known as SavDraws??

From what I know SavDraws had like a Chris-Chan moment and came out as a transman. Even going out and getting top surgery about 8 months ago. However, they'd deleted/privated most videos off their youtube now besides two streams. You can still find they're active on twitter. Unlike most however, his art has improved vastly and has a realistic feel to it. Sad honestly that he doesn't get a lot more attention for his improvement like his old work did.

Man, it's been a WHILE since I have come across this version of SavDraws, because I came across them by pure chance in the wild a long time ago. I remember seeing them on Tumblr (here's the blog), and they are a very militant transmed/truscum (not sure about the exact term, but it was someone who showed not to like genderspecials one bit). IIRC, they have tried to move on extremely hard from their past as SavDraws and doesn't like to be called as such anymore.​

Kevin Gibes/TransSalamander and Aggy/Stwawbwewymilk are just the first two that come to mind but there are definitely others. I think out of everything, the biggest "concern" is "fatphobia" because of the Obese Fairy's description, and racism. Oddly enough, Ian did change a lot of designs to be less "offensive" (like the native paint), but is insistent to keep the Obese Fairy's description for some reason.
