Dr. Rachel McKinnon / Dr. Veronica Ivy / Rhys McKinnon / Rachel Veronica McKinnon / Foxy Moxy / SportIsARight - failed out of a tenured job,man who competes in womens sports, gained like 100 lbs in 2022 (page 813), comically fell off bike before a race (page 830)

Happy 600 pages of loling at Rhys!!!

Lately, it's felt like change is coming. Will we make the next 600 before Rhys goes Krakatoa?

That's PRESIDENT Plump to you!
Ha! I was enjoying Professor Plump, had me thinking about Trooudo, the fun Glitter Family game of LITERAL MURDER - “I think the murderer is - Professor Plump, in the Ladies, with a bicycle pump! “

But President Plump has that ring of pure authenticity to it, doesn’t it! His wacky tantrums, his outright lying and contradicting himself without batting an eyelid. All the swaggery shit about grabbing GRS-havers by the pussy.. Everything about himself & his achievements always being the best in the history of LITERALLY EVER.

And most of all, the 24/7 addiction to Twitter!

Can someone familiar with academia give an idea of the significance of these changes? Is Rhys in his first 6 year post tenure review period? It feels like he's not had tenure for that long...
Tenured March 2019, per wikipedia. The doc refers to the first six years post-tenure, not a review that happens AFTER six years.

It looks like the goal of the changes is to prevent future novel-legth rebuttal letters that challenge matters of professional judgement. He could request that his number of publications be corrected if there was a legitimate error but not argue that newspaper op-eds count if his department head says that only journal articles and book chapters are acceptable.

There's something about a remediation process but no details about what it would look like.

2019?? And this asshole is on his second sabbatical?? No wonder he's getting raked over the coals. He's clearly done fuck all work since getting tenure, and thought he was bulletproof.

I believe he's on some kind of "medical leave" for PTSD. What the "trauma" is for him to have any "post" stress about is unclear.
Unless it was Larry Krasnoff telling it like it is in his annual review....

Sounds like a post-Rhys Damage Prevention measure alright.

IIRC he originally planned his second sabbatical this year but it was changed into medical leave. I wonder who's substituting in his courses.

It's amazing that even Reeees could fuck up such an easy, dependable job.

Tenured Professor of "Philosophy" of Gender Bullshit. He should be able to shit out a few papers a semester in his sleep. Then he just has to plop around his classroom saying, "Really? Explain why you think that" every few minutes to his poor students. Easiest job in the world.

Has anyone noticed that the only sports Rhys excels at are sports of privilege?
Just about all sports are "sports of privilege" at high levels. Having the equipment, the time, the training, and the money is a luxury. Even at the level the good doctor is muscling his way into, which isn't Olympic-tier, the real female athletes describe their participation as something of an expensive passion project - which is why they're so galled when cheaters cheat.

What are the chances of Rhys competing in a minority other that the occasional asian in golf or badminton?

Hey Rhys! No matter what, you'll always be a man. A mediocre one at that. Yes, we are the only one who've actually talked about your badminton saga we don't really care to read a whole thread on it.

You know, I've got more time for Rhys than 99.99998% of people. He's the never-ending, slow-burning, dumpster-fire-within-a-train-wreck that I just can't stop driving by and rubber-necking. Frankly, I think he's hilarious.

Even I would not actually read a thread on Rhys' experiences in badminton.
