I'm so utterly baffled by how Lily's family dynamics are supposed to work. These are her mother and father, right? The people who disowned her for being a lesbian but didn't actually disown her until she was legally emancipated? She's still on good enough terms with them to go to their house and show them her melting hybrid gremlin-baby?
All of which of course is ignoring what a little shit Bonnie is. She's such a misandrist that merely seeing a man disgusts her. This might be kind of funny if instead of going in that direction we get the silent beat panel and then Bonnie asks "What's a man?", because she's been surrounded by nothing but a constant lesbian orgy basically since birth.
God, these little scenes she sometimes posts are the epitome of banal. There are at least three moments where it could have stopped and at least ended on a comedic beat but no, Lily just has to drag out the scene until it stops being funny, because apparently the only punchline she has is "Me and my Gardevoir have DEFINITELY had sex." 'Mikaila walks otu of shower covered in chocolate' would have been a perfectly serviceable place to stop. It's not really funny because the rest of the scene has so much unnecessary dialogue, but at least it doesn't descend to levels of anti-humor that the rest of the dialogue plummets to.
And somehow the thing that aggravates me most is that fudge, even in its melted pre-set state, is far too heavy and viscous to work as a water substitute. I am irrationally upset that Lily couldn't be assed to just replace it with chocolate milk.
How is she SO BAD at all of this?
