I was wrong about the lack of law, but you'll notice that all they could do is slap you on the wrist and show you what amounts to an educational video about being nice to everyone. Read the last bit: "or if he's taking out someone elses private/family information." Now, this is only a minor offense in Croatia, where you happen to live. Those offenses, strangely enough, do not apply to people outside of Croatia. What's my point there? You're doing exactly what my quote states. Exactly.
