I thought it was just me but even my mother mentioned something the other day when she saw Biden on TV and said, "You ever look at him? He looks just like your father did before he died - he has that same empty look in his eyes."

The thing is, people who haven't been around alzheimer's sufferers, there's all kinds of shades of gray. Not all Alzheimer's patients are a confused mess of thinking they're in WW2, and can't remember who their family is. A lot are, but not all. My father could pass for just a normal elderly person. He'd have a normal conversation with you and then go to fill his glass with juice and pour it next to the glass instead and all over the table. Or have a regular conversation with family and know who everyone is and yet when my girlfriend showed him a photo of me I'd texted her, he'd insist it was a photo of him instead. Or even during holidays during dinner with my mother and me and my girlfriend, he'd address me and my mother normally and yet my girlfriend, who I've been with for 16 years (and is Asian), he wouldn't be able to remember her name at all so he'd just call her Suzy Wong while talking to my mother and me as if nothing's wrong.

That's how my father was when the Alzheimer's finally did him in. He wasn't a jumbling, confused mess. He was OK half the time and then not OK the other half. That's why I tell people that Biden is probably a lot sicker than they realize. For example, Biden can throw a quick-witted nasty comment out in response to a reporter's question and yet not be able to figure out how to put a pen in his damn coat pocket. That kind of shit is exactly how my father was.

The thing is, the dems are probably stressed because they have to keep Biden alive at least 2 years. If I remember correctly if he dies before the halfway mark of his administration, then it counts as Kamala's first term. If he dies after the midway mark, then it's seen as Kamala finishing off Biden's first term and so she can run twice - for a total of 10 years - which is a Dem's wet dream.

I remmber my grand uncle he died from Alzherimers. I remmber at first he was OK, but as time went on he started to lose his mind. But during the early stages he was able to still go to parties and talk. Just he would get confused alot just like Biden. That's the thing with most liberals, when you point to Biden's health, they dismissed you just becuaee he's not at the stage of vegetable which is basically the ending stage.

I think he hits them, I don't know how to properly explain it but that nervous body language that one dog is giving off is similar to a few abused dogs that I've worked with in the past. With his brain turning to mush I imagine it wouldn't take much for one of the dogs to piss him off and catch a fist or a foot. I remember a few months ago Biden had to get medical attention because he chased one of them out of the bathroom and fell. The news stories said he was playing, but I wouldn't be surprised if he got pissed when one of them tried to get into the bathroom and he fall over trying to hit it.

Joe's bent over, leaning over into the dog's space. Dogs are really space sensitive and usually either shrink back or can get aggressive if their space is challenged. Plus he's looking directly at the dog; that and the leaning is enough to make a high-strung breed like most shepherds look uncomfortable.

Ears held back, mouth held shut, neck craned downward -- that dog is miserable as hell in that pic. I'm not in the least bit surprised the "heckin' pupperino" crowd can't pick up on it.
