Jack Buckby is an even bigger attention whore than his husband Martina. He's written several books trying to cash in on how he "used to be" a Nazi.

These two retards very publicly sued the US government and have done practically everything to avoid actually working. This includes jumping onto the comicsgate autism train despite neither one of them giving a shit about comics.

Suicide baiting is an attention grab of the highest order. If Martina is actually suicidal over internet trolls she needs to check herself into the emergency room, not harassing a young kid like @NasserRabadi13 or a middle aged professional comic book artist with 30 years in the industry.

Testefy has less than 300 subs and gets less than 100 views per video. Let's be honest. He's not the reason for Martina's problems.

On a serious note though, does anyone actually buy into the Buckby version of Martina? I look in her eyes and those things look dry as fuck to me. Vicious and cold and narcissistic and dry as a bone. The aggressive New York twang that came into her voice and manner when she took on Vikki, suggests to me that she's more of a seething, Hillary-like harridan behind the scenes, rather than this suffering, weeping, ledge-hovering 'Victim Here', as Mr Buckby paints her to be, in his womanish distress call to Mr Frog.

Here is the original complaint. The plaintiff sought to compel the defendants to timely adjudicate the visa application of Martina Markota’s “wife”, Jack Buckby.

The only other document available was this, the government requesting a 30 day extension of time to respond. It states that they expected to provide the relief the plaintiff requested within two weeks. If her wife got his visa, a voluntary dismissal would be appropriate.

The money is gone. That's the issue. The theory is that she spent it on her husband's futile immigration attempt. And even if she didn't, she still mismanaged the money.

I disagree with @TheCosmicWarrior's assessment that "these things happen." They shouldn't. Plenty of people can manage to crowdfund things without it turning into a complete disaster. She fucked up big, and people need to come to terms with that instead of simping.

There seems to be some contradiction in the claims made by the defendants and plaintiffs, with the later claiming no adjudication on the visa applications had been received, whilst the defendants claim both visa requests had been denied. So what are the defendants asking for an extension for, sending out tough luck letters to the plaintiff (being the only relief the government is offering is to make the adjudication, which they claim they already have)?

That's the only take I can think of about this because both parties can't be telling the truth if they contradict each other, can they?

Also it's interesting to note that the plaintiffs were seeking costs and damages, but then the case was voluntarily dismissed with prejudice and without costs for the defendants

This is all very confusing.

I kind of expected Martina to be a cow on her own. Now it's a combination of lulz from both her and her husband. This has all been a great read. I'm still advocating for the Comicsgate Ho-Down between Martina and Vikki. But I wonder if that'll be a thing because Martina will run to the corner and cry while her cuck of soy infused husband sends messages to anyone that dares says ill. 10/10, this shit is why I love comicsgate.
