The ex-wife that allegedly agreed to submit an affidavit (I said alledgedly because we only have Ron's words about it, and said affidavit has never been provided) is his first one, the one he has a kid with, and that could therefore lie anyway in fear for her son's safety. The ex-wife whose dogs he threaten to chop up is his second one.
But hey, I'm feeling generous, so lets also transcript the whole phone call his second ex-wife recorded for another easy copy-paste:

Of course @Ron Toye would say that saying/wishing harm on someone is less to worry about than actually harming someone. Because in his mind, he never followed through with the majority of his threats even though he most likely would had he not been a fucking little weasel. Hell, I think he still would've followed through with those threats even if he was a literal dwarf, but his second ex-wife was somehow very lucky, and I'm not sure if it was all thanks to the soy wearing him down.

I'm sure she knows the where and what you "overcame" that's why she hasn't married you yet. You say you're ex deserved better but you still hold a tight leash on her and tell people like monica obvious wrong things and down plays of what happened.
I don't know about this jail talk with Chuck, but I see ron is still seething with rage against him for trying to be the middle man and fair instead of just taking his side immediately.

They were already too late for that once they decided to engage on a smear campaign while not married. The privilege only covers the period of marriage. At best they would have got the privilege for the period of the past few months, but not the original time of the defamation.
If the case is sent back with regard to Ron and Monica, they don't get shit. If even one thing is sent back they take a nice sized haircut because they won't be entitled to TCPA on at least that count.

In MoRon's case, it's roughly $100,000 for 4 causes of action. Purely conjecture, but let's say they only get nailed on defamation and TI-EC. Is it treated equally, i.e. $25k per cause of action, so they only recoup $50k?
Or is it weighted somehow? Arguably, defamation is the root of all the other causes of action. Would defamation coming cause a bigger haircut than, say, only TI-EC coming back? Like defamation is worth $75,000 while TI-EC is only worth $10,000/

Possibly they don't get anything if anything at all comes back. If the actual suit itself wasn't a pure SLAPP, then just because one or more counts were dismissed doesn't entitle them to the entirety of their fees even for that.

The Excel Saga dub was before the Puni Puni ☆ Poemii dub, right? Although it probably wasn't that long in between both dubs, and Puni Puni ☆ Poemii was much more sexually-charged.
I could believe that, if Excel Saga was one of her earliest dubs, she may have been shocked by having to say risqué lines (of which she was completely aware it was a sex joke, it wasn't something that would hit her moments later that it was a dirty line). But over time with more exposure, she would've had to get used to it. By the time the jellybean incident would've happened, she would've been completely okay with cracking sex jokes openly.
Also Jesus Christ her hair. What is it with her and dyke-style haircuts?
