Empty the federal prisons. Dump them into liberal zip codes. Commute. Pardon. Whatever. Ya free to go.
Reschedule drugs. Via eo everything is legal.
Same with fire arms. All firearms legal
Revoke operating licenses for all hostile media.
Declassify all ops used to help the opposition.
Deputize as many gun owners as possible into an impromptu army to take the capital.

Why? Cause the opposition is insane and only way to get them to stop is out crazy them.
