Sophie Labelle Verville / Guillaume Labelle / Serious Trans Vibes Comics / Assigned Male / Candycore Comics / Pastel Sexy Times / WafflesArt - Obnoxious webcomics and horrific porn by a crazy fat pedo troon

I really don’t see what the point of this comic series is. Assigned male has the purpose of being about trans issues, and basically any modern comic has some purpose unless it’s a superhero comic. Whether it be political, humor, there has to be some point. I don’t really get the point of candy core, it’s just about two characters and a really boring storyline. At least Assigned male was trying to make a statement, or a punchline in every strip (even if it failed to make a coherent point). This just seems like some weird school child romance fantasy. If it really is just that, why release it in comic pages, and not just release it all at once? There’s no anticipation to be had for the next page when the literal only thing that happened in this strip was one character putting on a scarf.
The point of this was to cash in on Animal Crossing.

"What's the point?" is a valid question about any of Labelle's works, but from what I've read of his comics, this is my best guess:

"Assigned Male" - This is just an obvious attempt to retcon his own childhood. He talks about how he was "always knew he was a girl", which is absolutely not true as we have photographic evidence of Labelle identifying as an adult man. Through Stephie, he gets to live these fantasies, a world where he's perpetually a little girl, but everyone loves and appreciates him, and he's much smarter than everyone around him. His new autobiographical comic confirms this, as he just draws himself as Stephie with an overbite.

"Candy Core" - He just wanted an excuse to draw Furry shit. It's not even some radical new plot, it's just Sandrat and Magnus in fursuits, faffing about in Labelle's idealized version of a romantic relationship. Oh, and he gets to return to his preferred oeuvre of "sexy children", because since he's aged-up the AM characters, he finds them less interesting. Labelle said "they're in high school!" on Facebook just to avoid pushback. The characters themselves never indicate this, and he even gave one of them an older sister who's a stereotypical teenager.

"The NSFW Shit" - Porn is profitable. That is all. Labelle didn't need to draw kinky shit, since he's already getting off to baby goat people. Drawing straight-up porn probably will make him more money than AM ever did.

But overall, if you ever wonder why Labelle is drawing a particular comic or telling a particular story, it's because it reflects his interest at the moment. That's probably his biggest similarity to CWC; he only draws his current obsession. Characters, plot arcs... these will get dropped the second Labelle gets interested in something else. When's the last time we saw Stephie's mom's girlfriend? Seems like an important person in Stephie's life to just go missing. But who has time to draw Fatima Fingerflick the Muff-Munching Muslim when you need to bitch about JK Rowling? Lose interest in Stephie? Draw more Sandrat stories! Lose interest in Sandrat? Make him goat! And so on, and so on...

Story time! Let me know if you want more anecdotes like that, there's plenty where it comes from lol.

Shortly after I turned 18, I broke up with the boy I had been with since I was 15. So the timing was great for sexual experimentation. I was lucky enough to live in Montreal, where there's a vibrant queer community and gayborhood. Back then, I simply had to walk down St Catherine street and men would ask me if I was interested in having a bit of fun.

The Montreal gayborhood (we just call it the Village, which was actually the nickname I got at some point during middle school because I was just so flaming gay) was right next to three major TV studios, so it wasn't rare to stumble on tv workers finishing their shifts in the evening. That's how I met R., the owner of the penis I depicted on this drawing. He would pick me up at the Village subway station and we'd go to his house, which was a lot better than the Village's dark saunas where I was used to give blowjobs.

R was the daddiest daddy you can imagine. He was even divorced and had a kid that he'd see on weekends. He liked my blowjobs so much that he wouldn't stop talking about them. He was obviously flattering me, but given how I was in need of attention, that worked out well. I do think my blowjobs were okay-ish, but I could tell that what R liked most was the way I'd raise my head to look at him in the middle of the act. It wouldn't take much after that to finish him off.

A few weeks later, I met another guy on St Catherine street. M. was also working at the same tv studio as R., but I didn't give it any thought. M was fine in bed, but he didn't have the same daddy vibe as R had, and soon enough I was back at R's house to watch a movie on his ceiling projector (he was so proud of it).

At some point, R decided to give me a tour of his workplace, because I was an impressionable wannabe artist and he liked showing me off. I got a VIP lanyard and got to go backstage and see shows being recorded. Then of course we bumped into M., and it was just so obvious when we exchanged a few words that the studio's daddies were passing me around that I turned completely red.

The headpats were great, but at some point I stopped seeing R after he spent two entire dates in a row talking on the phone with another boy. Sometimes I still recognize his Cologne on other men, and I think of how cool it is to have a ceiling projector.

So everyone has to accommodate him but not the other way around when it comes to playing with siblings.
It also implies that if he prefers playing and imagining himself in a nurturing role, then he must be a girl. He couldn't just be a future dad, a kind big brother, or an unusually gentle boy. Plenty of tomboyish girls would much rather play with the cars like the little brother did, they're still girls. When I was a kid, boys and girls alike used to love catching bugs, snails and frogs in the playground and caring for them. They'd dry out in the summer, so we'd dig a muddy puddle and put the frogs in it. There was never any question that the boys might actually have been girls because they liked taking care of small animals, or that the girls were actually boys because they liked digging and holding creepy-crawlies. Kids just like to play and learn in all sorts of ways.

So, within the space of a couple of days, he’s retconned his history twice. In his autobiographical comic, he was out as trans at age 8, which is weird, because previously he said he didn’t realise until he was 13 and he got groomed on Deviantart. Yet in his porn comic, he was still presenting as a gay man at age 18, which at least is consistent with reality.
