Phil is complaining that people keep asking him to sing. He says that he isn't going to just keep singing, he wants to talk, too.
He specifically billed the Yakuza streams as wacky streams where he took song requests and sings. Now he's upset people are asking him to do that. This got the vest streak resentment treatment right quick. Never ask Phil for anything he promised.

He also claimed that he used to be able to sing like Bon Jovi and hit really high notes.
And he was a fan of Glee when it was on the air.
So he unironically believed he was a good singer and seems to have harbored some fantasies about this...

EDIT: Jasper's collar (which he had for 'a few months') was 'frayed', so they got him a nice new collar on Tuesday.
This is an indoor cat.
And Phil has no money. Can't pay his bills. Can't afford Mario.
But they got Jasper a new collar.

Fan of glee and has a "hairdresser".. Yea, this guys a fucking flaming fag.

Phil also again asserted during the prestream that this was not the 'annual hardcore begging season' because there was no begging last year. He was in great shape.
Once again, this was literally hardcore begging season last year.
Hardcore Begging.JPG
He memoryholed everyone that stepped up and helped him during this difficult time last year, just to build the joke of a narrative that he doesn't need to beg every year at this time.
Very appreciative of all that help you received, Phil.
We were always at war with Eurasia, though.
Tonight: "Last year there was no begging at all during that usual busy gaming season."
"It didn't happen at all last year."

Phil must have read the forum, because tonight he conflated 'hardcore begging season' with the 'hardcore gaming season' in the fall. This morning, he accurately identified that the person who called him out was referring to February for taxes. Wonder why he suddenly moved the dates. Hi Phil.
Phil claimed he didn't have to beg in the fall 'at all'. Never mind the PS5, for which he begged for $1500... he literally begged for the PS5 headset specifically no less than 3 times.
Stop bringing this up, Phil. You're not right no matter when you point to last year.

"Starting tomorrow I won't have to talk about tips anymore... things will go back to normal."

His "normal" is talking about tips every day.
'Normal' also involves the subs that have dropped to 695. Phil keeps saying the drop is natural because he is asking for help with tips.
The subs have been inflated to 1000 for 4 months, and he seems to be framing that as part of 'normal'.
Better step up, OiC.

EDIT: @actually Some specific tax lore provided tonight. Phil managed to actually pay his federal taxes this year, 'for the first time' (again, ignore the previous fundraisers for federal taxes). Apparently the tax guy gave Phil estimates for his regular federal tax payments. Phil now realizes this will likely be higher than the estimates because contributions were higher than they had projected, so he will owe more in the end.
Furthermore, Phil mentions that he paid under the estimate for several months. And it is the tax guy's responsibility to help him figure out how to manage this. If it is too much to reconcile, he is just going to ask 'if you can just rope it into my back tax plan.'

So even when he establishes regular payments to prep for taxes, and has the money to do so.... he still didn't pay the regular payments in full? And he wants more money thrown onto his payment plan even though he admits he had an amazing year?
Who fucking operates like this?

People speculating that he may get paid by twitch tomorrow since Monday is a holiday. Of course he's trying to hand wave it away, and give some bullshit reasons and excuses why it doesn't matter if they do. Just like that clip I posted earlier of him explaining why changing the date that his bills get paid doesnt matter, because it wont take effect until two months later (which is complete 100% horse shit, I used to work customer service in a call center, and its called a PTP, promise to pay, and it can be changed in the system within a day). His response word for word:

"In addition, twitch is not gonna pay overnight, like they pay mid day to late in the day. So even if they did pay me tomorrow, it would still be too late for Mario. In addittion to that, it would be too late for my bills, cause the bill is gonna clear during the course of the day. Once that money comes thru, which great that it will, if it does thats great, but its not gonna come early enough to buy Mario or to pay the bills. Thats why the tips goal is important."

Wait, if he paid under the estimate for "several months", he didn't actually pay his federal taxes then, did he? Like, yeah, maybe he won't owe $20k or whatever the full amount would be, but what the fuck? 3 years in a row that he has failed to pay his taxes?

"Starting tomorrow I won't have to talk about tips anymore... things will go back to normal."

His "normal" is talking about tips every day.

Also he's complaining about losing subs and nobody subbing while telling people to not sub. He definitely wants it both ways.
Well when he’s asking for subs he’s really only asking one or two very specific people. Nothing wrong with having a sub whale and a tips whale dood

Phil is complaining that detractors 'move the goalposts' on Champions. He says he refutes an argument and they just throw another one at him.

Phil just shut down Champions with the only argument he has, and the only one I have ever seen him make.
How did he get the bankruptcy if he spent that much? He explained the ins and outs of his finances. He sat there 'with a judge' and went through 'line by line' with his Paypal statements.
His situation was so complex because people didn't understand what he did. He explained everything.

You fucking lied, Phil. You just said they didn't understand what you did.
Debunked.

I trimmed it down, but this is about a 10 minute Champions rant. Controller down.

EDIT: People say everyone involved was a 'boomer' is the only counter argument Phil has seen.
Phil says that there was no way everyone involved had no idea how the internet works.
He literally just said they didn't understand what he did, which is why he had to explain everything.

He thinks his bankruptcy wouldnt have gone through "if anything they said was true". People dont go bankrupt because of wise decisions and managing money properly. If you bankrupt yourself because of gambling, drug use, etc etc, you're still bankrupt. You didnt go through a trial in a court of law, you went through a bankruptcy proceeding (during a pandemic no less), TO PROVE YOU ARE BANKRUPT, which is what you are, morally and financially. His insistence that this proves its not him on Champions is ridiculous, but its not surprising. Just like with Mora, he provides absolutely no proof, except to take his word that he sat with judges, attorneys and trustees and went over all his spending line by line (again, IN A PANDEMIC NO LESS).

Sure thing, phil.

Edit: Apparently posting here ruins people's lives..

Double edit: "Theyre retarded because they think I have all these sagas, they keep saying whats the next saga.."

A few minutes later..

"I used to have sagas all the time"

"What do you do for a living, Mr. Burnell?"

"I play video games and broadcast the gameplay live onto an internet site, Your Honor. People watch my broadcasts and send me money through that broadcasting site, as well as PayPal and an option for an automatic monthly donation."

If the conversation was significantly more complex than that, he wasn't "explaining". He was obfuscating.
