Just a thought but I don't think they're ever gonna get it in their head that admitting a fuck up doesn't immediately absolve you, nor the fact that it's not the responsibility of other people to pay for the fact that you couldn't be damned to do basic research on usable filetypes, something that anyone working in any type of graphic design work should know as a basic.
