None of those things are bad. I think that you can make an argument for excesive hate towards Trump being bad, as excesive hatred is generally bad, but when your type says "Trump Derangement Syndrome" or any armchair psychology alike they just mean people that think "orange man bad" no matter if they're moderate about their aversion.
