• Section A says students can only participate in sports teams of their own gender.
• Section B says that you can apply for a waiver of the Section A requirements by "submitting a written petition, which shall include, at a minimum, information regarding the student's gender such as reproductive organs, genetic makeup, and other relevant factors." So, basically a doctor's note.
• Waiver requests will be reviewed by a panel of three physicians and approved or denied on a case-by-case basis.
