I dont think so. As said before I predict sabotage. The summer of 2020 had examples of arson, caltrops on hi way, armed activists blocking roads, and bomb attempts.

2020 onward there were gas shutoffs, hacking a water treatment plant, derailing trains and a digital investor riots.

A saboteur doesnt need to kill. Doesnt need to destroy. They only need to render something inoperable or unusable.
