It's just the classic double standards at play again, lest we forget how many homophobic comments they made about Trump and Putin being butt-buddies. Even if you take it too far like Colbert and people tell you to knock it off, you won't suffer any consequences for it because you're insulting the right people. Try making a comment about Joe being in bed with Xi the Pooh, using the same language the left did, and you'll be canceled faster than you can say "1989 Tiananmen Square."

Y'know, if I decided that I wanted to make Joe look inept and out of touch, I can't think of a better way than this Twitter account. It's cringe-inducing on every level, nobody likes it from what I can tell (I wouldn't be surprised if the likes were from bots), and even if it's not run by anyone in the administration, they're certainly not dissuading people from thinking it is. The over-the-top attempts at making it seem all cutesy-wutesy with the heckin pupperinos seems perfectly designed to get the blood boil, even (perhaps especially) in dog lovers.

Am I saying it's a false flag to make Joe look bad? No, but it'd certainly be funnier than the more likely reality that this is the work of some sad, sad individual with far too much time on their hands. I'm not one for public shaming, but I will say that if the person behind this account is ever revealed, I wouldn't shed a tear if they were hounded out of society, pun intended.
