This might be a personal gripe of mine with Digi, but that bastard had the gall to review Legend of the Galactic Heroes despite having only seen the first 28 out of 110 episodes. Although with it being favourible and mostly just a video about differentiation via various character designs, that always felt like the point where I knew deep down Digi is retarded and can't follow through. It felt to me like a guy reading like 200 pages of War and Peace and saying "Yeah so, this Tolstoy guy is kinda good. I think this book is good."Looks like I'll not be listening to the newest Khantent after all. Why don't people understand that if your GF is not a core part of your channel that some people get annoyed at you dragging them in the frame. To give Michelle the benefit of the doubt though, is she were to replace Digi this episode I wouldn't have minded, but still, it just makes it awkward having a real vagina and a pretend vagina in the same room, even more so if it's Digi.
Funny how things tend to stick. Maybe yelling that fact out to Dick was like his coming out. You could really hear him say it with such guilty glee. I think that's why it stuck - it came straight from the heart. Even though HE wanted to be the little sister in the (receiving) end. I don't think he's a threat though, aside from the stupid meta rambling that no one should listen to.
I was also not surprised that he flipped his shit when he reviewed Shin Sekai Yori as it's the quintessential anti ADHD show and it's mostly atmosphere and dialog. I still like the show, well more so the manga as the art is better. Does it have moments where it's campy as hell? Sure, but that's most anime for ya.
While I know LOGH has somewhat of a fedora-tipping intellectual meme-status, his handling was somewhat emblematic of his whole character trajectory as a whole, further exemplefied by his statement, that he "doesn't have to watch Alien as a movie to get it and analyze it, because he watched a 15minute SuperBunnyHop video analysis of Alien multiple times".
