Never underestimate the power of MAGA hatred. It got Democrats this far,
A constitutional amendment to change the impeachment majority requirement would be a wet dream of theirs, not something that would actually come to pass. The best they could hope for would be an amendment to clarify that if articles of impeachment have been introduced against an official and they resign or their term expires before the process can be completed, that the official can still be impeached and tried for the purpose of deciding whether or not they should be disqualified from holding office again in the future. Even that would be a long shot.

and it got Trump out of the White House.
Trump shitting himself instead of properly dealing with the wuhan virus got Trump out of the White House. It would have been close either way, but ultimately I'm fairly sure what turned the tide was him apparently not taking the pandemic seriously enough.

He still got more guilty than not guilty. And now the Democrats are going to work to undo the 67 vote barrier so they nail Trump’s ass to the wall next chance they get. Or the next Trump like person that dares challenge them.
That requires a constitutional amendment, so 2/3 in both houses and 2/3 of all state legislatures to approve. That's not going to happen anytime soon.

Copium. So how many antifags or blm is going to "firey but peacefully" protest.

"March down to the capitol, I'll be there with you" said after "You need to stand up and fight" and "Trial by combat" was said by his constituents.
He didn't tell people to go inside the capitol. Democrats say "Fight" all the time does that mean it's incitement? All of the protestors were no where near the speech and already planned the riot and trump had the national guard on standby.

There's also footage of the crowd smashing a shield over a cop's head, and another of the rioters trying to crush a cop between a door and the doorframe while he screams helplessly. One of these is more d
And there's footage of blm destroying businesses and killing innocent people and throwing molotvs on police cars.

Yeah I think people will be pissed at Romney/McConnell et al., but I don’t think it’s a career ender like some people on the right think it is (or want it to be).

The reality is that the public opinion of what happened at the capitol is still so universally negative that there’s no way to hold someone like Romney accountable publicly for supporting this destructive farce. He can just hide behind the raw emotion of it, Trump is bad, people must be held responsible, blah blah blah.

All 7 are going to get primaried, make no mistake, but it’s going to take some real grass roots organization to get them out, it’s not as simple as just relying on resentment from the 75% of the GOP who still both support Trump and think that the election was stolen.
I think Romney is going to be in his position until he dies or retires. The moron Mormons will keep voting for him in Utah because he's "our guy". Unless Romney does someting very bad or breaks some big LDS rule, he's not going anywhere. He's not up for re-election until 2024 and people will forget his actions over the past two years by then.

You willfully ignored the "Trial by combat" shit, you literally disregarded the entire context and are just "Well it wasn't trump".
I miss when cults had Kool-Aid because inevitably they'd drink it and fuck off.

Okay, nigger. Please point out where I excused BLM. I will wait.

Good to know that we can commit borderline treason, Incite a riot, have the rioters invade a capitol, and assault police and not get reprimanded for it.
Gotta love how the "party of personal responsibility" the "Thin blue line" and "Blue lives matter" let this one go.
Gonna be real fun when the democrats decide to pull the same shit and we're back here in another decade arguing the same fucking shit, but this time it'll be colored blue.
I've said it before, I'll say it again; fuck this country.
Go shove a sustainable dildo up to your ass dimwit

Don't forget because of cucks like McConnell Trump had to do everything he did in about two years instead of four because the first year the GOPe believed the Russiagate lies, and another year was lost with Ukraine and Wuflu.

And the man still won in 2020, only to have them rig it so he only lost by 40,000 votes in certain places.

Lmao you seriously think 75% of the states are going to ratify a change to Article II? Are you out of your mind?

I don't know why but Jr. calling his dad "Trump" is really funny to me.
