I wouldn't know. I found out a long time ago that most of the big detractors on Twitter suffer from various mental illness themselves. Nothing wrong with having a mental illness but when follow DSP ever single hour of the day for whatever your reason..... as I said before there is a fine line between troll and a disgruntled fan.

I took a long time to write this up, because I had to re watch, and wait for the video to finish uploading, other wise the time stamps would have been wrong. I'm not mad in any way at OIC, I think he's dumb and lonely, but my main intention here is to find out how low Phil will stoop to do things like keep a vest streak going, play wwe Champions, lie and manipulate his audience.

This footage is from dark daves mirror, and has all the audio emotes, thankfully they werent being spammed over and over, so a lot of this is easy to hear. I couldn't use the raw stream, because it wont show up here, but feel free to use that with the timestamps provided, although they may be a little off. Im curious to know what you guys think, either good or bad. I also cant wait for dsp to talk about this "conspiracy theory", because you know he cant resist, and will just validate further that he reads everything here. Here we go..

2:10:26 I believe this was fake, and got the party started. "Sly" does not show up in PPG. Prior to the tip, DSP looks away from computer screen, smirks, goat laughs, starts cracking knuckles, plays with mustache, turns back to the screen and announces the tip IMMEDIATELY! The $1.30 tip is vest related and gives him a convenient chance to remind about the streak and beg. "Sly" doesn't post in chat just before, after, or during tip.

2:11:45 I believe this was real. After looking away from computer screen for a while (playing the game), looks at screen and does a double take, and announces DarkSydeKris $20 tip. Hands remain on controller during announcement, and he doesnt fidget around, there's no smirk or smile. DSK is in chat and shows up on PPG. After the tip is over, DSP is questioned about verifying these tips. Admits he didnt verify the tip (which also means he probably didn't verify Sly), and assumes DSK's tips are real, since they have been in the past. Well after the tip, HE RE-THANKS DSK for the khantribution.

2:16:53 I believe this is real, and is OIC, possibly to replace DSK almost immediately. Announces $24 tip from "Kisala" after looking away at screen for a minute. Looks genuinely surprised, and doesn't give usual spiel about fake tips, chargebacks, and cant trust. This leads me to believe its OIC. More vest streak begging, doesnt fidget or smirk, No Kisala in chat just before, during, or after tip. Doesnt show up on PPG either. Search Kiss/kissed and other variations of names.

Smirks, cracks knuckles, goat laughs, fidgets, and then leans over and gives illusion he's verifying. 2:21:36 Announces tip from "Shion" as "another $30 tip", despite no other $30 tips. This leads me to believe its OIC again, or it's made up. OIC types in chat "trolls just lost" as DSP was about to announce tip, giving the illusion it was him, but Polish Frog actually typed "trolls lost" before he did. OIC follows up with "fuck you trolls". Phil had been staring at screen and typing/clicking. Shion doesnt post in chat before, during, or after tip.

DSP looks sheepish and guilty, goes to get vest, and drops this quote as he's sitting back down.

"whats hilarious, you got idiots going crazy, ohh wheres the tips audit? I did, I actually audited those tips, I just did it while the game was playing! while the cutscene was going and everything, I was clicking around in uh, my paypal, and I verified they're real".

I think I missed something, lets recap the timeline.

-Tuesday he says he needs to hit the tip goals for 3 days so he can afford everything till his twitch silvers.
-He hits them AND MORE.
-Saturday he is happy dont have to do begging and just can "play the game and have fun"™.
-Sunday he rebooted vest streak which was the begging of another mutli month long extreme begging.

I get where you're coming from, and to an extent, I do agree with you. Strip OIC's delusion of power away from them by not acknowledging their existence; starve their attention-whoring ass. Makes perfect sense. Yet at the same time, I still want to coax that dumbfuck to throw every last cent of their disposable income into the pigroach black hole.

Phil is a miserable sack of shit that will burn all of his money on gacha. Doesn't matter if he makes $10 or $1000 on a stream, it's all effectively middlemanned by Phil into the Scopely vault that night and he's back to begging for another hundred-or-more the next day. The more OIC is inspired to donate to "own da trolls", by all means I want them to be. I want them to make themselves live paycheck to paycheck (or worse) thinking they're sticking it to us when nobody here is discouraging their paycuckery. We all want them to reduce their standard of living as much as possible, when the only true end result of doing so is Scopely's profits are even higher than they would've been for the fiscal year. I am fascinated by where this money is going. I think his pissing it away on gacha but his also retarded enough to have the equivalent of the 400$ a month business internet line meant for serial connections over geographical distances in other bills.

It is going to be extremely easy for Phil to make up tips to keep the vest streak alive, and since he doesn't have anything else to beg for at the moment he is really going to want to keep it going.

The one problem is that the streak and the chargeback scam do not play well together. He doesn't want to be verifying tips and not counting some of them towards the goal when he desperately wants to hit the goal every stream. I think we will see a lot more "People are saying I didn't verify, I did! I did it during gameplay stoopid, they were all legit!" handwaving.

I think a lot of the weird timing is because he sits on tips, hoping the lower total will trick someone else into tipping, then the awkward smirk/guilt comes from seeing the tipper in chat make some kind of remark (i.e TROLLZ JUST LOST)

After my years watching Phil and enjoying his moments of misery, fails and complete buffoonery, he will always have these small victories from time to time and that means he won't ever fall into complete disrepair because he's always been saved from gullible wheelchairs, winging it, and just generally people expecting too much out of an unfortunate situation then what they were first expecting with the roach, like the bankruptcy, his twitch suspensions, milking it almost every time he streams etc.

But that doesn't mean that these cows are out to prove you wrong or personally try to own you or anything. You're just watching from the sidelines like the rest of us. The best moments of experiences I've had is when he completely fucks up by his own free will and we laugh at his screw ups because of his own shitty choices.

This makes me wonder, is there any schtreemer who has a prestream that's nearly as long as his? I don't watch many schtreemers but the one with the longest prestream I can think of is a guy I used to watch years ago who plays historical videogames like Europa Universalis, Crusader Kings, Total War etc. and even then his prestream is nothing like Dave's since it actually ties into the game he'll play. For example if he decides to play as Rurik in Crusader Kings he'll basically give a short 25-40 minute historical rundown of who, when, how and why of who he was and what he did and the general area where he reigned. With Phil it's at least an hour and a half upwards to two and a half hours of him giving 0 degree Kelvin takes on current issues, begging and feignig distress, telling us about his boring as fuck life, talking about getting beaten up by his cat, unloading massive amounts of toxicity etc. He really does love hearing himself talk.

Of course nobody has a “pre stream” as long as Phil, when anybody talks for over an hour it’s because that’s the point of the stream, not some delusional pre game sit down before they have to force themselves to play games.

pre streams are almost exclusively used as a way to let viewers gather up for 10-20 minutes while the streamer finishes up something in the background, wether that’s some stream setup or them eating a meal or getting water for a long stream, a pre steam is booted up with the pretense of the streamer being close to ready to get to the main event.

like everything else in his life, Phil took the basic concept of a pre stream and warped to beyond recognition to fit his lazy and greedy style. The dude let’s music/slideshow go for 30 minutes and then sits on his ass for an hour or longer stalling.

And I say stalling because that’s all it is at it’s core, Phil at his core is the most boring loser I’ve ever encountered, and I say this as a boring loser who hates socializing. Phil refuses to go into any significant detail about his life beyond his streams, and he doesn’t do anything interesting warranting an hour of flapping his gums. All he does is vaguely talk about restaurants he goes to on his days off, and repeat his schedule a million times like the autist he is, and now he talks about the news in broad strokes or how how someone might’ve hurt him the day before.

He hasn’t built an audience of viewers with like minded interests he can talk with them about for an hour. A lot of fighting game streamers talk about the latest fighting game news before they start playing a game, they can always be reliable to talk to about a fighting game in depth even if that’s not what they are currently playing. I’ve seen streamers that like to play table top games in their free time, and they will sometimes talk about them to varying degrees at length.
