General Discussion for Virtual Youtubers / Vtubers / Chuubas - it's okay to be a simp for 2D, just don't thirstpost.

They literally are. Maybe the primitive part isn't true, but the rest are which is even more horrifying if you think about it.
I came to this thread to learn new things about cartoon girls with funny voices, but the main thing I've learned is how ignorant I was about China, Indonesia and few other countries.

Kiara's new song just ain't my thing. Also: The mix is way too loud, and I don't like it when she sings with her creaky voice.

New HoloGra is a promotion for Bloom and an anime season final episode. They address the whole "Hololive is an idol group" "AKB47" "Seiso Idol?" stuff. Several members have already express the sentiment before (I know Suisei said exactly the same when she was ask why she called herself an idol and not singer/streamer), but it's nice to have an official standing we can refer to from now on.
Probably won't stop Reddit from betting the zombie horse of Yagoo's broken dream, but whatever.

Hololive using SEGA licence the fullest by animating 24 hour cinderella as a refrence lmao

All this because Coco said “Taiwan” once....and look what’s happened since.
Eh, the Taiwan thing was just a means to an end. They were just pissed off that Coco didn't want to be bothered with Bilibili and probably partly due to the fact that she's American. As most people know Coco can be very stubborn, and I don't mean that in a bad way. Outside of the Bilibili thing just look at her stance against getting anything Nintendo related. Bad timing for mentioning that though as I think she mentioned that she was getting a Switch, probably as punishment for oversleeping that one time.

But hopefully, she gets some English mods too, though I think that Coco's chat is surprisingly JP dominant, even more so than a lot of other JP girls so we'll see.

And Luna's streaming again. I really hope she doesn't have to go through any more shit in the foreseeable future, she's gone through enough.

Edit:
Coco's also going to play Valheim at 23 JST on Mildom if you want to support her without Cover taking a cut.

Is it just me or did people just kind of overlook Kiara making herself a shoujo protagonist? I honestly think this song fits her voice and personality much better than Hinotori could, even though that's no real slouch either. And of course there's a subtle reference to the reaper somewhere in the video, girl can't help herself yuribaiting even though homiebaiting is much more entertaining to watch.

i think the direction the trying to make are Kiara is pop/idol song genre type + her voice really suit with your typical anime OP. while calli just doing her own thing since she can write her own song and obviously she is on rap genre. idk about ame and ina if they decided to make each member a song, but i think gura going into more mellow type (?) or prolly anything in english song idk, she is quite having a good voice after all

Ame definitely won't do any song, but as a white girl she's a natural fit for just jamming playing ukulele.
