Good work making it super clear @We Are The Witches. Remember, when confronted with this incredibly specific and damning evidence, his defense? It's "a bunch of extra pixels" and "circumstantial evidence". That was the best defense he had for how this magical hypothetical clout-chasing detractor had travelled back in time to take his profile photo before he had even uploaded it.

I also heard him mention something about a "phantom mod" or something like that. I haven't went back and listened to it since then, so maybe he used a different term, but what the fuck was "phantom" about DRSGangsta? Was he not a mod? Was he not unmodded or stepped down right after the leaks? Did DSP's other mods not confirm the leaks in their own separate messages??

$350 invested so far

Thanks for the money dummies

Let’s entertain Phil for a second and assume that he’s right in that the bankruptcy being granted demonstrates that he couldn’t have spent tens of thousands of dollars on WWE Champions.

Although I know it’s a complete bullshit statement, I’m actually curious about this: how would Phil justify tens of thousands of dollars being spent towards Apple Pay/ Scopely? We figured out that spending money on that awful game translates to being charged through Apple Pay. If he really had all these discussions itemizing all of his expenses on his PayPal and personal accounts, how did he explain all of these Apple Pay purchases as related to his business?

I sense that Phil had one of his famous Pigroach luck moments and with COVID disturbing court proceedings and most likely decreasing the scrutiny that the court would normally effect into bankruptcy matters, Nancy and the judge most likely took him at his word that the tens of thousands of dollars spent towards Apple Pay were all business related.

The real telltale sign ultimately came from the pig himself: during the 341 meeting, Phil confirmed that business-related purchases included microtransactions. I can’t remember the last game Phil played in which he purchased MTx. We can confirm him purchasing DLC but microtransactions are a rare occurrence. The reasons why he’d bring this up is to justify his artificially inflated business expenses and to justify any curious expenses as business related. Nancy seemed genuinely confused about what Phil did and how he made his money. You could tell she had no idea what the fuck “on-demand content creation and live streaming video services” even fucking meant. The way she was pronouncing some of these console names indicated it was the first time she ever uttered those words in the first place. Another instance of pigroach luck to have a completely technology-crippled boomer to assess his bankruptcy case.

Anyways, I’m really curious as to how he tricked the bankruptcy court in categorizing his gacha spending as legitimate business expenses (I mean, FFS, they processed his completely insane and frivolous bankruptcy filing in consideration and so I’m not surprised it was granted to him).

I think it was the old rope-a-dope strategy.
"WELL, as you know I'm an on-demand and live content creator, and as part of my content creation, did you know that there's this online currency system called Paypal, where viewers blablablablabla..."

Because he's tricked his tax attorney into bundling his personal gaming expenses with the business gaming expenses of stuff he does on stream.

If Nancy did what she should have done (as Phil's business is a sole proprietorship he's personally liable) she would have gone through his itemised expenses and found where Phils money had gone.

She probably blew it off as 350 autistic teens running gay ops emailed her about Phils addiction.

Regarding Phil's possible bankruptcy fraud, there's one thing I don't really get.

How can someone like Phil, a guy hated by most people who know him, a guy who knows that there are dozens of people out there willing to do gayops to fuck with him... How can that guy think "Yeah, I'll commit fraud, no prob"?

Like, seriously. That's the one thing that makes me wonder whether this isn't just some massive 4D chess shit. How can you know you have many autistic enemies who want to see you get fucked, and decide to commit a crime that could get you in jail?

No matter how big Phil's ego is and how he may see himself as smarter than all his haters, that just seems to me like such an immensely risky thing to do. A normal person who gets scot-free from commiting bankruptcy fraud can pretty much rest assured that no one will ever get him (unless the IRS audits him). But Phil, Phil has a lot of people who will report him to the authorities as soon as there's a droplet of blood in the water.

Anyway, that's how I feel in regards to that. If Phil did report his gacha expenses as business expenses, he may be both the stupidest and the most brazen lolcow here in the farms.

I'll put forward a tinfoil hat theory of sorts: Phil told Rochelle about his mobile gaming spending. She, trying to shine a turd, suggested that it could be a "business expense" by calling it a microtransaction purchased for "market research" or some such bullshit. That explanation provides the fig leaf for claiming it as an expense, and the idea was to force Nancy to challenge it and say that it couldn't be counted as such.

Given that Rochelle operates a mill, she probably works with Nancy frequently and knows a lot about what she can get away with. That's VERY common for lawyers who work together often, even as adversaries.

Three reasons, I think all three contribute to this:
1. He's a mobile game addict and addicts do anything to protect the thing they are addicted too.
2. He doesn't live in reality, he's deluded himself into thinking he's getting around the system by doing what he does.
3. Boomer tax attorney doesn't give a fuck what Phil does on stream so will happily include anything that looks remotely like it could be business related.

Scopeley is a gaming company, if phil tells someone he plays games for a living you can forgive people for just dismissing it.

Unless someone was to cross reference the games he played on streams and his expenses he will get away with it forever. IRS/Court/Bankruptcy people will not dig through 40 hours of streams per week to check his expenses when they probably have 50-100 cases at any one time.

In addition to that I'm not even sure Nancy would have seen it.

She only asked for itemised transactions for paypal, Phils addiction is paid through Apple Pay right?...

If Phil gives his Apple Pay statements to his tax guy and Nancy just dismisses those as factual as it's been looked at by a professional it's easy to see how it got missed.

Nancy only seemed interested in PayPal because that's where Phils donations (income) was collected.

Unfortunately part of pigroach luck is having detractors whose allegations sound like a bunch of autistic screeching about weird bullshit the boomers in the case couldn't even understand.

I mean seriously, just yesterday we had James clearly fake proof, and today he continues streaming about WWE doing what he was with same people following and watching. Not too long ago he spread news how Phil sends death threats to himself. Yet we're the side laughing at people following Phil when he's a lying twat.

Phil is beyond lucky because our side is just as exceptional as his, and they work hand in hand.

TL;DR? DSP is a man that has never suffered any consequences for his actions. Even the minor ones (like his Machinima contract) are a minor nuisance for him.

When you keep getting away with stuff (i.e. pigroach luck), you are just going to keep pushing your luck over and over again.

Also, DSP is a lonely bitter man that openly brags about having no friends. He is a miserable person and only has AT MOST three people IRL that care about him, and his own wife is questionable. Using regular human logic doesn't apply here.

dude!!!
this is literally after holding a game hostage, crying, begging, memory holing leftover tip money post $100 mark, whining & crying some more, tweeting that he is poor again, liberating Willy & Tillikum behind the scenes.... I mean what the fuck?! HAHAHAHA que hijo de puta mas depravado! 😭 🤣
Like I've said earlier in this thread, this saga only matters because he begs for money. If we found out tomorrow that Ninja or Dr. Disrespect spent $50K/year on mobile games, we'd laugh for a couple of days, call them idiots, and move on. But DSP is constantly crying about money, so this saga gains more and more steam.

One thing you should know is prosecution for personal bankruptcy fraud is extremely rare. One recent year I forget the exact one but it was in the 2000s they had about a dozen or two cases referred from the trustees and zero prosecutions. And this is for the entire country. The worst punishment is usually just dismissal which is also extremely rare IF you have a bankruptcy lawyer. Like in the low single digits percentage i believe. Rochelle of course is very familiar with this and probably does a lot of the ole 'wink and nod' routinely that would seem blatantly criminal to us.

Add covid on top of this. And well its a lot less surprising that dave got approved.

I wouldn't have a problem with if it wasn't for the fact he is lying about it and denying about playing the game even with the score of evidence against him.

Legit if he was tried in a court of law for this it would have been over in a week.

"You can't convict me on 'circumstantial evidence'! All you know is that the knife was in the victim's body and my fingerprints were the only ones on the knife!"
