The difficult thing is that in most cases there are no witnesses to it. But for some of the rape or molestation claims that I have been witness to, it makes me hesitant to believe. At the same time this means it's just as easy for an offender to escape justice. Lack of court of conviction doesn't necessarily mean that nothing untoward happened.

I imagine it would be smarter to have the channel in place. If Nick glows, a good portion of his viewers are on work computers, or home computers without any proxy or a router with dynamic IP protection (an ISP might have a range of IPs, but it's something I think).

There are less verifiable accusations that McCaffrey "set the girl up" to be raped by encouraging her to share a bed with Hedley as she was passing out, & that Hedley commented the following morning that he fucks unconscious girls on a regular basis.

The victim publicly referenced the basic fact of the rape at the time, & there are records of those comments. No one associated with this group of people has disputed her version of events.

As I said, this is well-documented. I hesitate for the time being though to post anything that could be used to identify the victim--& everything I could post could easily be used to find her name. The raid on Hedley last month could have been related to this, & I don't want to interfere with any ongoing investigation. I'm holding my fire for now.
