Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

Yeah good luck with that. IRS doesn't fuck around with inheritances. If they have the least bit suspicion that that's going on then they throw your local freindly estate agents valuations out the window and send in their own people. You end up having to take them to court to lower valuations because fuck you it's the IRS thats why.

Everyone can use the loopholes that rich use. The issue being scale and knowing about them.

Like you can deduct your costs for renovating a building. Trump can deduct his costs for renovating. Just where you might be renovating a single building, Trump might be renovating the equivalent of several buildings.

Problem is people don't understand how the tax code is used for social engineering and motivating people to innovate.

The issue is complex is what I am getting at.

I find it funny how often people get mad at tax deductions, calling them loopholes and things. Especially since the same people frequently talk favorably about creating tax incentives for clean energy, or creating affordable housing. That's how it always works!

If I have millions to dump into a new project, I scope that out. Make a new apartment building, collect subsidies for making it green and environmental, enjoy tax cuts for making it high occupancy. Rent units for relatively cheap for the area, keep things in decent shape so nobody accuses me of being a slumlord.

Then some obnoxious Poli Sci majors get mad that a landlord is paying so little in taxes.

If I have learned anything over the last five and a half years, it means all of those people saying Trump was money laundering and evading taxes were in fact money laundering and evading taxes. On a massive scale.

Precisely. It gets especially annoying when you are on a financial forum where they go "Trump only paid 700 in taxes" when there is an entire sub board about "minimizing taxes."

Besides politically illiterate normies who acquired TDS through social media, pretty sure it was some retard on CNN, they all have the same smug cunt expression so they blur together for me. Considering all the completely fucking out there shit they slung at Trump I don't remember much except blathering about trying to sniff around his businesses and personal finances for tax evasion or fraud. They've been up Trump's ass since before he was elected and blew their load too early with the RUSSIA! shit and accusing him of being a sex pest, then had to scramble constantly for new material. If there was ever any substantial, legitimate dirt on Trump I find it difficult to imagine it wouldn't have been found, confirmed and put on public display in the most vulgar way possible.

God dammit I'm discussing Trump in Biden's thread again. I did notice the media isn't really embarrassing everybody by shamelessly blowing Biden anymore, I could tell their hearts were never in it and bad orange man still gets the ratings. Even the worst of the partisan hacks are having a hard time painting Biden as having done anything decent or even popular so they just go back to smearing Republicans.
