Because of renewed attention to JJYS, I will post this again, but for those who have been avid followers, I will sound like a broken record.

JJYS's GRS would not be required in order to go to a woman's prison. In Canada, gender is self declared. JJYS says he's trans, he's trans and goes to women's prison. This isn't an opinion, and it isn't open for speculation. It is the law.
For extra comfort, JJYS has an official diagnosis of Gender Identity Disorder from his court appointed Psychiatrist from his weapons case.
As for his pending assault trial, The Crown is proceeding by Summary, so JJYS won't receive a custodial sentence, rendering speculation of prison matters entirely irrelevant at this point.
He will need to rack up a longer series of offences, or commit an offence that carries a mandatory minimum sentence, before he faces incarceration. Again, not an opinion, it is a reality of Canadian Law.

Wouldn't be surprised to learn the clinic has told him to back off with talking about/tagging the clinic - they wouldn't be the first to distance themselves from yaniv. Imagine how many times he's probably phoned/mailed them since the surgery. Hell, he harassed Surrey Memorial "at least 30 times" over some consultation he was waiting for (source: Certificate of Readiness page 56).
He admitted in the "sara" leaks that the clinic was getting pissed off with him and that was before the surgery.
