the list of trusted users is full of people coco knows by name. tatsunoko all know each other so becoming a candidate is not easy.

Instead of rotating, wouldnt it be better if Coco asked her most loyal fans to vote certain among of people among themselves?
Certainly, if they love their kaichou so much, they would be able to vote the best man for the job.

What do you guys think about Nyanners's "politically correct" answer?
It feels like she already applies for fun already and if she somehow gets picked into the premier league Hololive she would either jump ship or juggling between 2 avatars as COVER required you to stream at least 3 times a week in the first year.

I think she's not lying when she says she likes where she is. At least at a subscriber/notoriety success level, she's already on par with a higher-level HoloLive character, so there isn't a clear benefit to her from jumping ship the way there was for someone like Sachi. Her chat are retards, tho.

She has already a foot on it by being approved by Cover to ever be mentioned and followed by other talents...

BUT in that list is Hime Hajime for some weird unfathomable reason and i dont think she is better than Melody so the mileage may vary, i approve she trying and rebrand herself out of the jajajaja penisvagoo jajajaja schtick she has on vshoujo

like the subtle hint about not auditioning NOW

Yet with Senzawa is actually a step down when she first started. Obviously that's no longer the case but she essentailly started at zero with Gura when Sen was already insanely popular.

I feel like Senzawa's popularity is a bit overstated, at least in a streaming sense. She only streamed about 2 times a month, and when she did I don't think she garnered that many more viewers than Sachiowo.

I do wonder what would happen if someone who's in the limelight regularly with a dedicated and large following suddenly disappears and appears in Hololive. Because looking at EN, JP and ID, all members (at least the ones with streaming experience) have been relatively small-time streamers. Even those that came from Nijisanji like Luna had a rather low subscription count.

It honestly makes me think that Cover would prefer to stick with smaller up and coming streamers that show potential, primarily not to upset larger ingrained fanbases of said streamer.

Edit: I also should mention, Cover hasn't let me down so far with the talents they've picked so I'm sure they'll make the right choices regardless. Though I don't think my wallet could bear any more memberships or merch purchases.

This reminds me, it was brought up before that Coco was denied by management to collab with EN girls, yet Haachama was able to collab with them even after the Taiwan incident. Since Haato wasn't targeted by antis as strongly as Coco, is Cover afraid of antis affecting the EN side? I know there's that screenshot of antis saying not to target the EN branch and Cover is usually reactive instead of proactive about things like this. There's also the possibility that Coco's manager just has her on a shorter leash.

Having more holoEN just gives me hope they'll be able to do things like the kindergarden, where not even Sister Claire of all people could contain her irl laughter (alongside Mio and Shigure UI obviously)
