I'm pressing X to doubt on this one. Yaniv obsessively photoblogs every ~traaaans~ thing he does, but nothing from the hospital? And I can't see such a dedicated coomer deciding to give up his dick. These personality traits don't at all suggest to me that he would get the chop. "Conservatorship" isn't a thing here in Canada (Free Britney you guys). There is "Adult guardianship", but it is not even slightly easy to have forced upon an adult. It is usually given freely to someone a person trusts in circumstances where that person might be unable to make their own choices,. For example,, a person going into brain surgery might want to grant someone guardianship in case they end up unable to make their own decisions during or after surgery.

An EMT seeing am infection can't force a person to a hospital here.. There is a duty of care, but if the patient says they're going to see their doctor right away, not much an EMT can do, and they do not have the legal right to begin seeking legal interventions against a generally competent adult (I'm using competent in the legal definition here).
