Two options, in my mind.

One is that McConnell is serious in which case it's time to gently primary him and put him out to pasture, because the cocaine has clearly rotted his brains.

The other is that McConnell is deliberately trolling the Dems, dangling the prospect of an imprisoned Orange Man just out of their reach.

I noticed that last summer during the riots - one of antifa girls who got busted in New York was outed (I think on KF) as a diaper fetishist. Never really looked at the political leanings of those freaks (looking at the diaper fetishist threads here are the closest KF has ever gotten me to actually vomit from merely reading text), but I noticed quite a few of the anti Trump cartoons have an unhealthy scat focus. And since I am seeing only a small amount of their shitty (heh) cartoons, I imagine its the tip of an iceberg.
