Background: When Lori dated Rikki from 2013-2017, Rikki prioritized his married mistress (MM) over Lori and treated her as a side piece. Evidence indicates that Lori has been skinwalking as Kitty for years. Yeah. Here's one of countless examples. Apparently, Kitty loves My Little Pony and has cosplayed as various ponies at conventions (including BronyCon) over the years.
This character is Sonata from MLP. I have no idea who Sonata is but she's important for context. Kitty cosplayed as Sonata in May 2017. Up until then, Lori had never shown any interest in MLP. However, in June 2017, Lori "coincidentally" posted photos of herself as a "sexy" version of Sonata and advertised pony fetish pics for degenerates. She even shoved one of her beloved hair extensions down her asscrack to appeal to ponyfuckers. Here's where I usually criticize Lori for sexualizing cartoons characters made for children but we already know she's a deviant fuck who panders to pedophiles.
Here's another example of Lori skinwalking as Kitty. In these 2017-2018 pictures, Kitty frequently has blue hair that Lori copies. Kitty also tends to wear red eyeshadow, collar chokers, and even sports a signature Cerda "Poof Pout" in some instances.

There's a sense of poetic justice knowing another woman was chosen over Lori. She's about as narcissistic as they come so someone else being chosen had to have made her rage hard. It also makes sense why Lori has to lay claims she came up with these nonexistent trends, because she would loathe if someone compared her to the woman picked over her. Absolutely this. I have friends who constantly send me screecaps of the inane things girls they hate have posted only to turn around and copy their hairstyle or aim to achieve something better than them when in reality these girls don't even know they exist. Kitty probably doesn't even think about Lori anymore except when people bring her up to laugh about her. So you're probably right that Lori subconsciously copies certain things such as mannerisms. I do think her copying hairstyles and skinwalking characters that other girls are cosplaying(Sonata as an example) is a deliberate effort to outshine said girl.
Has Lori suffered any trauma or is thst speculation because no one could be that fucked in the head without some sort of mental break. Or is she just a run of the mill narcissist with an untreated personality disorder?

Not necessarily. Narcissism and some personality disorders can be something you're born with such as the inability to feel empathy for others. As far as I can tell, Lori has never shown to actually make a true connection with anyone on a personal level and has never shown an ounce of sympathy or empathy towards others. Of course that's not saying she doesn't have trauma that we don't know about, but it's still possible she was just born a "psycho."
That said, plenty of people are born like that but are also self aware that it isn't normal or cohesive to being a member of society. So they know to curb certain behaviors as to blend in.

The nature vs. nurture component of personality disorders can be debated forever. Long story short, it’s still unknown.
But yeah, behavioral therapy can work wonders for personality disorders. Unfortunately narcissistic traits are among the most difficult to treat, because the patient has to acknowledge that there’s a problem to begin with.

It does appear that Lori is copying a ton of content from this woman, and that's horrifying. The only thing is that I don't think she is trying to copy Sonata. I'm not even sure if Lori picked a pony in particular, it looks like it's just some lazy stuff she slapped together she felt was good enough. I'll catch up on the thread after homework but for anyone curious Sonata is from the MLP Equestrial girls movie called Rainbow Rocks!
Equestria girls is essentially a series where MLP characters are human and in high school. Sonata is one of the bad guys in the movie who is a siren banished to the human world and has a magical crystal (the red gem) which makes her sing well. She and her other bandmates Adagio and Aria pretty much brainwash the student population to have a battle of the bands, and boost her group to the finals. Gem breaks, she sounds like shit, and she's gone with her friends. Ironically she's a backup singer so she's unimportant really.
Edit: spelling, and I forgot to mention Sonata is an airhead, which ironically outside of Lori trying to skinwalk as Kitty is usually one of Lori's trademarks (her uwu elf bullshit, skinwalking as Usagi etc). Also Sonata's design has a lot of pink in it, hence why Lori probably went with the "pink tail" but god RIP that hair extension it didn't deserve that.
