Ineffective? Trump's approach to immigration is why millions of unemployed and working poor of every race were able to get better jobs.
You flood the marketplace with cheap, illegal labor again and you are going to put lower class Americans out of work.
And then if you make those illegals into legal citizens and require a higher minimum wage you are going to shrink the job market and put your new voting bloc out of work as well.
Trump's immigration policies were one of his biggest successes. Calling them "ineffective" is an admission that the interests of American workers are not something being looked after.

All I can see from this is despite the Durham report likely going to be a dud and a bunch of swamp CYA, there must be something in there where they do confirm "someone" in the Obama administration was responsible.
