In my experience it's not so much a leap. I really doubt it, for two reasons. First, Russ is a little pussy who is afraid of other men. Second, his stalker behavior is fueled by his misogyny; he wants to punish, control, and possess women. Presumably this is out of a desire for revenge for the way girls rejected him as a teenager (and ever since) and the way his bio mom and sister rejected him. Wow, I never thought he would be allowed to effect service by email. But I guess his arguments were good enough for this judge. Other than getting pauper status previously and when he got intervenor status in that brothel suit, I think this is his only favourable ruling, but its a pretty huge win. Assuming he complies with the terms in that order, service will be effected (although note he still had not properly named the company) and I think that will compel Josh to have to reply in some form.

Yet again, Null will be forced to spend his money to defend himself from a lawsuit filed by a crazy person, because the judge is too lazy and/or incompetent to follow the law on matters of service. They probably allowed "service" by email because then the court wouldn't have to spend the money on a marshal or on trying to track Null down themselves.

That and I think he also wants to argue that he's archiving it and get some case law on the books to protect electronic archives of things also.

Interestingly the third and fourth attachments both allude to Null "appearing to consent to electronic" service or something like that. Not really sure what that means as it's pretty vague.

I'm not particularly surprised. Unlike Taylor Swift, Null indicated that he wants people to send legal issues to either the email address or the FL address. Also unlike Taylor Swift, Russ has an actual claim against Null for which relief could conceivably be granted.

Only one, mind you, buried among a handful of nonsense ones, but it's something. And if all other things were equal, I think he would succeed in that claim.

Time will tell if his incompetence manages to win out.
