I can easily see this as sort of like when cover recruited gen 0, but slightly different. New company starts off and experiments with Uto to see if it would work and then she “joins” said company when really she was apart of it the whole time. The plan backfires when they fuck up too many times.
If this were the case, I’m surprised she would be able to keep everything which leads me back to her creating and paying for the character and the company trying to recruit her like gen 0

I don’t think I ever actually used it when I played the game, so it is possible, but it doesn’t sound like she’s capable of it.

Why does everyone seem to dislike Kiara? I haven't had time to watch her streams.

I think everyone here has essentially listed the usual complaints about Kiara, but I'll also add that she's very much a double-edged sword in that she wears her emotions on her sleeve and loves attention which leads to her being highly energetic, sincere, and really interactive with chat, yet emotionally vulnerable, candid, and egotistical at times. At times her insecurities can get the best of her to the detriment of the stream, for example: I noticed her energy and love for attention sometimes clashed with the other girls during the most recent EN collab. I think it's fair to say that's also due to group dynamics , but I think that will smoothen over time with more bonding time with the other girls and future collabs. She is doing better now about her insecurities as has been stated earlier in the thread and in her latest streams, but it does slip out from time to time, so it doesn't stop some people believing she's just a powder keg waiting to blow.

I say all that despite her being my favorite among the EN girls and I will keep cheering her on for her continued success.

I do prefer her natural voice and I wish she uses it more. At least in future songs, I hope.

It also helps that while she does play up her coomerbait, she didn't went complete "muh tits and cummies" like other ENvtuber, making it feel less of a pandering at least.

Yeah she walks the line fairly well, enough for me at least. It doesn't help that clippers go for the easy bait all the time, but that can be said for the other girls too.

She's bitching about not having chat mods, giving AO-chan a dismissive snort, driving home the point that no one can be trusted like a schizo all in the span of 2 minutes or so. I get that she had legitimately bad experiences as an idol and really, really, really wishes she was on jp side rather than en, but she should suck it the fuck up and be a productive member of Team English or move over and let in Haachama or even someone like Mel or Roberu who have trouble, but can manage to be excited to interact with Western fans outside of supacha reads.

I don't think she's bitching about mods in that clip. Earlier, her chat was saying someone was spamming so the topic came up. Whether she was dismissive of AO-chan or is tenuous. I agree with the poster that it probably hinted that AO-chan isn't a mod, but rather a friend or relative. She handled another spammer in chat pretty well though.

She was also pretty chill in this stream and I hope she does more chill streams in the future.

I wouldn't trust her most loyal kultists to mod her chat either too tbh. Though with fan interaction, someone way back said she lives on twitter and it's pretty much true since she's pretty active there along with the subreddit from time to time.

Idk how much Nabi commission cost but apparently she also tweet about not accepting commission for indies after Uto explode in popularity (I remembered she went from 70-90K before live2D to literally 200-300K sub after her model debut. This make the rrat about Uto secretly had a company backing is sounded.

Assuming Uto did have a company initial backing, there’s must be a fine line which allow her to keep her model and that must had been the drama with the artist which the company was being incompetent and caused her mentally hence she was able to leave the company with her live2D model.

Also there will be 2 corporate Vtubers with Nabi as artist soon Nabi is building her Nabiface Vtuber brands.

The nab0i family keeps on growing. According to the shitty google translation it looks like this is a new agency. Two out of the three first members are both done by nab0i. Shiratori Rena and Himukai Kogane.

If what Naboi said is true, then it could also support that Uto got the rig herself and was then approached. I kinda agree with this. This company start to make vtuber thing and contact Uto to become their talent and contact Nabi to Illust her 2d, and Uto start streaming "under" the independent name. But all of the ruckus from Uto old Illustrator really make things going down and probably the company have problem it self, she decided to leave. I try to re-read her letter, instead fully blame in this company, she tell us that is totally her big responsible for what happened. This is when you see again the letter she's having the negotiation with this company about gaining the rights her l2d rig as Cubanodun said.

This is make very good assumption why her Sekiro stream got privated which is mean the rrat about she having the company in her back true because you need some permits to play it if Japanese streamer join some company, but I'm not gonna say it's from chinks country.
