Oh yes. They are man children for sure.
I was focusing on the similarities between the Disneyfied version and the much more depressing original version of the story.
Much like how they try to present some happily ever after, childish princess cartoon version of their own lives to the public when reality would just make children cry.

Definitely don't think the troons are smart enough to see the parallels themselves though. They just see cartoon and say "that's so me!".

The castrati were not known to be well-adjusted. Becoming a eunuch is certainly not the same as becoming female. It's not like we don't have millennia of recorded history.

Did you have a large social media following, and un-selfconsciously let your tits flop around everywhere on video without even a soft sports bra or undershirt to attempt to contain them? Probably not. Because women don't do that unless they're spastic exceptions.

I think the point is that no actual female corollary to Jazz (mainstream-type young woman, especially with major social media presence) is going to act so cluelessly with regards to how their tits look. It isn't some empowered feminist choice he's making, so some random feminist exception is beside the point (ime feminists rarely forgo bras unless their breasts are small to begin with. It isn't comfortable, and it isn't a big trend in the ideology because it's not 1965). This is true; all his "friends" are genderspecials and many of them plainly don't even like Jazz and probably only agreed to play the role of "friend" for some camera time (like Noelle).

Jazz doesn't have the social skills to interact with normal people his own age. You could see that so clearly with Amiir. He's unable to interpret non-verbal cues and body language, such as Amiir clearly being grossed out by being shown Jazz' dilators. Jazz was completely clueless.
