I have a theory about what May is doing, I think when she had that mental breakdown where she was hospitalized she became even more crazy.
She started to push Digi into becoming a tranny when she started watching TRR, she Pushed Digi into being a Troon so she could get away to Ralph.
Now that she's with Ralph she's gonna further escalate his drug use so she can use him as a spring board to get to Dick.

When May and Digibro were living together in Boston, the couple became self-admittedly addicted to drugs. They had a long stint of heavy use that culminated in the couple smoking a lot of weed. Digi mentions that they've been smoking $300 worth of weed every week. But this one high in particular apparently lasted for a whole week. Digi described it as "they got really high for like a week which culminated in us having the deepest conversation of my life which lasted for a whole 3 days." Digi eventually came down but May was in a state that she described as "mania" for the last few days. She was so out of control that Digi couldn't physically restrain her beta . Digi is high, sleep-deprived, and has no idea how to keep May in check. He calls May's parents, tells them both that their daughter is in a state of drug-induced psycosis, and asks them what he should do. They both tell him to call the police. The police come and literally have to scoop May up out of the middle of the street. May has to spend 2(?) days in the psych ward. Digi is not happy with how the psych ward treated his woman >

In this story he mentions doing acid so don't you think this could have had an impact? I know there have been studies about marijuana use triggering schizophrenia in those who are more susceptible to it. It just sounds like co-morbidity here or transference. If she did get an ASD diagnosis from a physician that's certainly lending credence to a lot of her other behavior patterns and why Ralph would be all over that.

I know Ralph isn't above breaking the law but was Pantsu ever normally used to drinking alcohol? She faded pretty fast during Tampa (or one of those AF streams. The one where she puked on Ralph) so it makes me question if this particular story is exaggerated and it's just taking it at face value. Not that any of it really matters; she doesn't need a diagnosis to clearly see that she's a nutcase.

In the background, we see the floor and wall. It's a whiteish wall with brown trim, and a beigey shag carpet looking floor. The walls and carpet match up well with those found in most rooms in Ralph's new house, but all of Ralph's trim is white in every room that I've seen.

Also in the full image from Pantsu's Twitter, much of the background is occupied by a fireplace. I've personally never laid eyes on a picture of Ralph's hovel that shows off a fireplace, but it's possible since the house seems to have a chimney.
