"You can't convict me on 'circumstantial evidence'! All you know is that the knife was in the victim's body and my fingerprints were the only ones on the knife!"
I was finally watching the Worst DSP Moments of 2020 by Secret Life, a really good video, big ups, and now I'm flabberghasted by the ridiculous none-circumstancial evidence Phil tries to indoctrinate. There is still a high chance he has no clue what "circumstancial evidence" means.
If he knows:
He tries to say that the random circumstances on this planet just happen to randomly allign so he looks like a culprit.
Just like the Sun looks gyrating from our point of view, but in truth the Earth just rotates around its own axis.

Sooo (art of writing like DSP) Phil wants us to believe that DESPITE the fact both "DSPs" explicitly state they're not the other person,
they have no idea who the other person is,
therefore the "innocently playing WWE guy" doesn't try to look like DSP and is no troll,
and Phil has no idea what the app "LINE" is, which was used in one of Fake-DSP's factions,
just happen to share the exact same user informations which are
  • DSP's original name "TheyCallMeDSP"
  • DSP's Discord informations
  • DSP's current mobile phone number registered in LINE.
Phil hasn't changed his number, stated by the man himself,
and in two ways proven by detractors (yes, it's in the video above).
And of course the login-times perfectly match Phil's downtimes and sometimes when he checks the phone, on a regular reliable basis. And don't let us forget the sheer fact Phil "was" a huge gacha junky, by his own admission, and already put nonsensical amounts of money in games like those. He's known to do that.
Those are impossibly huge circumstances in a twosome way because they contradict both DSPs.

So what Phil is really saying is:
Okay your honor *snort* yes I am a convicted murderer of many but this was AGES ago and I swore to stop that. And now all you know the knife was in the victim's body and my fingerprints were the only ones on the knife, the murdering happened in my house, there is video-footage of me in the same room at the same time, there are audio-logs of us arguing and the victim yelled "NO PHIL PUT THE KNIFE DOWN". But this is just circumstancial evidence, there is no prove I really murdered this person!

Unrelated but this amuses me given I watched North by Northwest last night and at one point, the main character (who is completely innocent) ends up looking like he literally knifed a guy at the UN in broad daylight, holding the knife in the dead body and everything in front of a bunch of UN representatives.

Can't remember if it was mentioned in the video, but "the other person" refused to prove to his guild that he wasn't DSP, so got kicked out.

TJ's latest update shows he was up at 5am playing it

What i especially like about this saga are the little touches that don't necessarily end up on any list or are noticed immediately. For example if you go back into the Line App denial. The only real argument he raised was that he changed his phone number, but if you listen. he didn't phrase it that way. He phrased it as a possibility. Now if the phone number is his nawtdsp is definitely him this is the smoking gun unless the troll is a masterhacker or burglar. We all know chronic but economical lying is a hallmark dsp trait.

So its interesting that he waffles on what is probably the most important point in the whole denial. What would he have to lose just outright saying he changed his number?

It's actually surprising that he hasn't changed his number, anyway. If da trolls and tractors blow up his phone so bad he has to keep it on silent, it wouldn't make sense to keep that same number, unless he's holding out for his one true love, John Rambo, to call him and grovel for some Smark Guys time.

But, something like changing your number makes perfect sense. Which is why Dave won't do it. He's fucking retarded.

His trophy of the most honest guy.

I just put myself in his shoes right now and ask "Me as an adult with a conscious mind, who knows I'm constantly lying because it smoothly kisses away my weaknesses and gives me benefits, but also clearly know that lies aren't the truth and can backfire anytime if I'm not careful, how would I strategically act?
Ah, of course. I phrase those statements vague and undecided so it can go either way. It's a mixed bag. I gave the option of truth but you decided to spin it negatively. It's not me lying, you're just an idiot for falling into my deliberate trap of a statement."

Phil is a professional scammer since his first cry at birth. And I'm sick now. Those are ugly shoes. His morals regarding truth are sickening.

Mini update Phil is now an officer in "Sons of Smackdown":

While our inside man has left:

As always, huge ups to TJGamebox on Twitter for the documentation.

Phil has also gone back up to his early highs of gameplay with 146.6 matches per day averaged over the last thirty days. For comparison the next-highest ranked member in his guild has just over 100 per day and the third-ranked guild in a recent feud was a tad lower at just under 93 battles / person / day. Even other gambling junkies seem reasonable compared to Phil here.

This level of play + getting made officer makes me think he's trying very hard to protect his position with this newest flock of speds.

Scopely has done it again. You can now upgrade your jpgs to 5 Star Silver. DSP is going to be jonesing to evolve his hogans. He needs that money.

Here is Guersan evolving a jpg to 5SS. Phil will be doing this a lot.
This game is gayer than Andy Dick in bondage chasing Ryan Seacrest around with a 6 foot dildo while farting rainbows out of his ass, as every Scissor sisters hit plays simultaneously.

Phil's gotta be "evolving hogans" in his pants all day. No wonder he never porked Leanna.

I was looking at Scopely's website, and by chance I saw that it updated Rafter's profile very recently. Now I don't know exactly how often it normally updates itself, but according to it he should've gotten a new superstar.
Still at 265 Roster size:

Gets to 266: (scroll down, bronze Kofi Kingston makes an entrance on his Top 5)

Then levels to infamous 5 Star Silver:

(I bet it took a lot of tokens to level up, since that's what the game is about.) And it's a big jump in "talent" as well, if you compare it to previous days.

The public facing site updates slowly. It's generally about three days behind.

I don't want to spam about this on this thread, but he leveled up yet another superstar to 5SS, even if it happened about half a week ago.

In one session he went up by almost 15000 in "talent", that's like weeks of daily grinding in a F2P account if I'm correct. I think that's too much even for Scopely's whales standards, he really doesn't want to be left behind with this 5 Silver Star thing.

Apparently one of the first things nawtDsp did upon becoming a 'officer' is kick off TJGamerbox. For someone who has nothing to do with DSP he sure seems to follow detractor accounts closely.

Edit: guess not
