Here's a fic about a trans girl Lisa Simpson. It's a long one at around 26 chapters. I suppose it's not as bad as others I've read. There's no lemon scenes or anything like that and isn't even that sjw. I don't think character's like Abe or Nelson would be very accepting. Homer as well. Marge didn't even support Patty as gay at first in canon.

I will go on record and say Disney is garbage and I actually enjoy some authors' creativity in expanding on interesting characters that had their potential abandoned in canon, namely Elsa of Frozen.
