It's pseud because Harry doesn't actually follow Marx rethoric or even analyse anything using Marxian methodology. He just says "Rich people bad, capitalism bad, so let's lock every conservative in digital gulag and it will fix the problem... somehow."
You see his video on topics like climate change and think that maybe such intelectual as him will look deep into why denialism exist and how unethical capitalist practices are harming the enviorment AND NOPE IT'S JUST SPERGING ON CROWDER AND SHAPIRO AGAIN, OOOOPS.

With this mangina face it is no wonder that the term 'soy boy' hit him right in the feelings back then. I don't have the strength to rewatch his video again, but I remember that I got the impression, that he was really mad about it. Measured response my ass.

Thin men can get gynaecomastia, though it's much more common in fat men. It's also common with Klinefelter's Syndrome, men with XXY chromosomes, also associated with long thin limbs and mental retardation 🤔 They don't tend to lose their hair that fast, though.
I'm hesitant to say soy because there's plenty of Asian guys who put away tons of tofu and tempeh and don't look like, well, that, so I think it's just bad genes or otherwise bad diet and lifestyle.

There's a lot of chemical exposure that can cause endocrine disruption. Atrazine and certain now-banned plastics for example.
